Spacious and charming 3 bedroom townhouse located within a private and secure complex in the wonderful Vila Sol. Less then 1 minute walk from the 5-star Pestana Vila Sol Hotel and 27 hole championship Golf Course.

Furnished and equipped to a high standard the house will accommodate up too 6 adults comfortably across 3 floors. The property has 3 good sized bedrooms, 4 bathrooms with showers and jacuzzi baths and a fully equipped kitchen. There is a large fully furnished private patio area with views over a shared pool and gardens.

There is a furnished balcony out of the master bedroom looking over the pool and private garden area. The property overlooks the pool, making it perfect for parents to watch their kids play. If you fancy a break from the sunshine the modern living/dining area is equipped with high-speed WIFI and Smart TV to watch your favourite shows while you are on holiday.

Vilamoura Marina and beaches are within a 10 minute drive, the closest supermarket and the Aquashow Water Park is less than 5 minutes drive. The 5-star Pestana hotel facilities include a gym, spa, tennis courts, driving range pools and restaurants/bar (all charged locally). In Vila Sol there is a local pub, small shop, cafes and 3 restaurants within a 15 minute walk. If Golf is your thing the 27-hole Vila Sol Golf Course and driving is less than a 1 minute walk from the property.

Could not have asked for a better host

I've given this townhouse 5 stars despite never actually visiting because John went above & beyond for us.Unfortunately Jet 2 cancelled our flights due to air traffic control issues, the morning we were due to fly.We were so disappointed & also really concerned because VEBO told us that it would be the host's decision to refund our payment. John was amazing, we had already had lots of communication about facilities, directions etc & he was very helpful & always replied promptly but he also gave us a full refund because he said the circumstances were beyond our control. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend John as a host. We are extremely grateful to him & hope to visit his house again in the near future

Great pool and outdoor area

The house was as described & pictured. Great outdoor area for grilling & lounging, right next to the big pool, which was great. Kitchen lighting could've been better, but overall it was a great place to spend a few days. About 15 minutes driving from the beaches which was great for us as we aren't all day beach people. We did several day trips and tours. Some of the single beds were missing top sheets, but it was fine since we had some of our own, would've been annoying if we didn't though. Upon check-in we had to wait almost 30 minutes for someone to open to door even though we called before we got there with arrival time. The contact # we were given was going to voicemail, apparently because the phone's battery died. It happens but it certainly made us worry temporarily. I was able to get in touch with John who called another person and quickly called us back with an update. Minor issues upon arrival, but all was smooth after that. I'd go back again.

Fantastic Holiday at Sunset Vilas

Fantastic stay at Vila Sol made by the superb accommodation. All the correspondence with John, the owner and Daniel, who manages the property, prior to arrival was excellent and our request to check in early was accommodated, which was greatly appreciated. The property was very well equipped, bright, clean and exactly as described in the details. Having the pool right outside the property was a an added bonus. A great family holiday destination to wind down and relax and would without reservation recommend this property to family and friends. Thankyou John for helping to make a memorable holiday.

A casa é boa e quando chegámos estava bem limpa, a varanda com acesso à piscina, piscina e zona envolvente muito agradáveis! Tem poucos utensílios de cozinha, o ar condicionado só estava a funcionar no piso superior onde ficam os quartos. No geral gostámos e foi uma ótima experiência.

Encore un très bon séjour

C est la 2e fois que nous venons ici et nous avons encore une fois passé un très bon séjour. Petit bémol, le ménage est pas top top et la climatisation des chambres en haut ne fonctionnait pas et nous sommes tombés sur une semaine où il a fait extrêmement chaud. Heureusement qu il y avait une 3e chambre au sous sol ou nous avons dormi avec nous 2 enfants. Très bonne communication avec le propriétaire et rapidement ;-). Je conseil cette villa. Nous y retournerons en espérant avoir de la clim cette fois ci ;-)

Un lieu superbe. le complexe est très sympa. La maison est très bien 3 bonnes chambres chacun sa salle de bain. La piece a vivre est tres grande et la cuisine aussi. La terrasse très agreable qui donne sur la piscine. Le propriétaire Mr John répond très vite a nos demandes. Le petit bémol de notre séjour: la maison est propre dans l ensemble mais le menage n est pas fait a fond fond (faut pas déplacer les meubles quoi) et la femme de ménage est très désagréable. Sinon dans l ensemble nous avons passé un très bon séjour et les enfants étaient ravis

Absolutely fantastic property if your booking for this area don't pass this you won't regret it!!!!!

This is my third year in a row in this property. What can I say, we are a family of six and we still have plenty of room. The owners Deirdre & John have everything covered from free wifi, dishwasher, washing machine, tumble dryer and a wide screen TV with Sky included. The cleanness of the house is spotless. From the patio which has its own sun beds the super pool is only 10m away. The main bedroom has a balcony overlooking the pool for those parents with younger kids. A parking space is also located right outside the front door. The air conditioning is also a major plus in each room and the windows also have the added blackout shutters. The property is also close 100m to a five star hotel and golf course to which you can use once staying at the property. One tip once there try the restaurant Wildfire situated at the entrance to the complex Vila Sol.
