Duplex apartment on the 1st floor attic of a charming residence "Castel Beach". Listed building in a landscaped park of about 1500m2 and 150m from the sandy beach of the bay of Kerfany Les Pins. Located in the municipality of Moëlan Sur Mer 7 km from the village and 15 km south of Quimperlé.
Capacity of 1 to 4 people max.
Rental rates are all inclusive.

Hébergement très bien placé à quelques pas de la page de Kerfany. Il est bien équipé mais on regrette l'étroitesse de la salle d'eau. Les espaces superposés sont optimisés et donne au lieu un esprit "bateau" que la décoration vient renforcer.

séjourà Moelan en famille

appartement très propre, mais trop sombre et exigüe, une seule fenêtre velux dans tout l'appartement. On se sent à l'étroit et il est difficile de se mouvoir dans le logement.sinon, celui reste bien équipé.accès à la résidence médiocre car parking situé trop loin, compliqué avec les bagages.les alentours sont par contre très beaux avec accès direct à la plage magnifique.

Klein wie auf einem Segelboot. Komfortabler als jedes Wohnmobil. In der, wie ein Segelboot eingerichteten Ferienwohnung in erstklassiger Lage erlebte wir traumhafte Tage in der Bretagne. Die Ferienwohnung ist mit den Details eines Schiffes eingerichtet, in einem einfachen, aber völlig ausreichenden Stil. Unserer kleinen Familie mit 2 Erwachsene, 2 Kinder bescherte die Wohnung einen wunderbaren Aufenthalt. Als Tipp wären anzumerken an gute Messer (sowohl zum in der Küche arbeiten, als auch zum Essen) selbst zu denken. Herr Cargoet antwortet prompt und zuverlässig auf alle unsere Fragen. Wir haben als Familie eine wunderbare Zeit verbracht, der Strand ist sauber, sicher, die Landschaft ist ein Genuss. Kerfany Plague ist ein 1a Ferienziel für Familien. Gerne kommen wir irgendwann wieder !!

Une évaluation de 2 étoiles sur 5 pour un propriétaire très arrangeant c'est formidable et qu'elle audace . quant aux couchages "pas confortables", c'est tout aussi gonflé et mensonge. Surtout ne revenez plus.

Nous n avons passé que deux nuits. Etions juste de passage pour une fête de famille et donc n avons occupé le logement que pour dormir. Néanmoins, l emplacement est ideal.

trés bel endroit, mais appartement trop compact

nous avons pu profité d'une belle vue de la terrace commune comme la photo l'indique, il n'y avait pas de transat mais des chaises en plastique. l'appartement était propre; les instructions pour les clés et l'accès étaient claires. la cuisine ne possède pas une plaque à induction comme prévu mais une plaque vitro céramique. A notre avis ce petit appartement sous les toits est parfait pour 2 personnes mais à vouloir du couchage pour plus de 4 personnes cela l'a rendu trop compact et mal agencé. de ce fait , on n'a plus de place pour circuler et on se cogne partout. il faudrait aussi mentionner que l'escalier qui mène à la chambre n'est pas d'un format normal et qu'une personne avec des problèmes de mobilité ne pourra pas l'utiliser en toute sécurité. la wifi est aussi un probleme, avec mon ipad j'ai eu beaucoup de mal ... l'accès au réseau passe de non existant à trés mauvais. la salle de bain est à revoir car la douche est vraiment trop petite et la porte ouvre sur une poutre.

Nous avons passer un agréable séjour, le logement est bien aménagé. Pour nous il manque juste un espace extérieur direct. Le paysage est magnifique nos enfants et nous même avons apprécié le payage. Nous sommes ravis.

Très agréable séjour qui nous a permis de découvrir ce coin de Bretagne le long du Belon avec ses huitres en récompense d'une magnifique randonnée en bord du Belon et de mer.... Location très calme, jolie, très propre, fonctionnelle, bien équipée.... seule petite chose : je n'y emmènerai pas des amis ronfleurs car en tant que petite dormeuse trop de proximité (normale puisque c'est un duplex. Donc pas un défaut de l'appartement....). Très bonnes indications, informations données par le propriétaire. Bonne réactivité pour les renseignements. Bon rapport qualité/prix. Je recommande cette location.
