Pretty cottage in a charming fifteenth century south finistere mansion

Located in Finistère, in the hinterland of Pont-Aven, Concarneau and the Baie de la Forêt Fouesnant, this charming 15th century manor is set in the heart of a small hamlet. It is located on the edge of a wood, crossed by the River Aven and hiking trails.
Only a dozen kilometers away from the sea where the beaches, along the coastal paths, have been preserved from town planning and offer a beautiful natural setting. The region is rich in history, culture and natural sites that are more beautiful and varied than the others.
This lodging is a duplex of 55 m2 habitable:
Ground floor: Living room with sofa bed for 2 pers. (120x190) dining area, equipped kitchen (stove 3 gas burners + 1 electric plate, fridge / freezer, dishwasher, microwave oven, television, hifi, WIFI. Shower room with WC, shower and washbasin, washing machine
Upstairs: 1 Bedroom with 1 bed 2 people 160x200, 1 bed 2 people in 120x190 .. The private and fenced garden (200 m2) is equipped with a garden furniture, sun loungers and a barbecue. A large playground in common with the owners of 1000 m2 is at the disposal of the children. The nearest town is Rosporden and its charming ponds. Shops are at 3 km, beaches at 10 mm by car.

This Manoir is very appreciated for the calm and the atmosphere that reigns there. It is occupied independently by its owners who will be happy to share their favorites.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Cathy, die immer sehr herzlich und zugewandt war. Es fehlte uns an nichts, wir haben den wunderschönen Garten und die freundlichen Tiere sehr genossen! Ein tolles Anwesen, auch mit Kindern (11 & 13), die Tischtennis spielen und auf dem Trampolin hüpfen konnten, und Hund, der ohne Leine rumtollen konnte. Die Gassirunde führt direkt vor dem Haus zu einem schönen Fluß. Toll!Auch der Standort ist ideal, um diesen Teil der Bretagne zu erkunden. Wir empfehlen es rundum und bedanken uns herzlich!

Zeit zum Träumen und Genießen

das Manoir aus dem 15. Jahrhundert ist wunderbar ruhig gelegen, inmitten von weiten Wiesen und Wäldern. Genauso hatten wir es uns gewünscht und nahmen dafür auch kurze Fahrten zum Meer oder den schönen Städtchen im Umfeld in Kauf. Der Garten entspricht absolut den Bildern und lädt zum Verweilen, zum Schauen und Ruhe tanken ein. Das Haus ist Teil eines größeren Hofes, der auch von Cathy und Gildas bewohnt wird. Allerdings verfügt der Hof über ausreichend Platz und Rückzugsmöglichkeiten. Das Haus ist perfekt für 2 Personen und verfügt im EG über eine geräumige Wohn-Essküche (gut ausgestattet) ein Duschbad mit WC und eine kleine Waschküche mit Zugang zu großen eigenen Garten. Im 1. OG befindet sich das große Schlafzimmer mit einem Doppelbett und einem weiteren Bett, das wir als Schrankergänzung genutzt haben. Hier gibt es praktischerweise ebenfalls ein WC und ein Waschbecken. Cathy und Gildas haben uns sehr herzlich empfangen und waren jederzeit zur Stelle, um uns Tipps und Empfehlungen zu geben. Auf dem Hof leben auch noch 2 Schafe, 2 Gänse, 2 Hühner und der Kater Nemo, der uns sofort adoptiert hat. Wir haben uns super wohl gefühlt und können dieses Feriendomizil allen empfehlen, die Ruhe und Natur suchen.

Charmant huis in rustige omgeving

Charmant huis in rustige landelijke omgeving. Veel ruimte ook buiten in de tuin. Fraaie slaapkamer bereikbaar via (vrij steile) trap. De gastvrouw Is zeer vriendelijk en behulpzaam met adviezen over wat te doen in de omgeving. Een echte aanrader.

Aufenthalt in Melgven

Melgven ist ein kleiner Weiler in der Nähe von Concarneau. Wir wurden sehr herzlich und aufmerksam von Cathy und Gildas empfangen. Die Wohnung ist Teil eines großen Steinhauses, welches inmitten eines individuell gestalteten Geländes mit Blumen und einigen Tieren liegt. Die Ferienwohnung besitzt einen eigenen Zugang zum Garten mit Tisch und Sitzmöglichkeiten, so dass man ungestört ist, wenn man es möchte .

Herrlicher Urlaub

Wir hatten einen wundervollen Urlaub und haben das schöne Haus und den herrlichen Garten sehr genossen. Cathy & Gildas sind sehr herzliche und nette Vermieter, die uns viele gute Anregungen für unsere Urlaubsgestaltung mitgegeben haben. Wir haben die Zeit bei und mit ihnen sehr genossen. Gefallen hat uns die ruhige und ländliche Lage, bei der man trotzallem ohne besonders weite Wege die Strände, Städtchen, Sehenswürdigkeiten als auch die Einkaufsmöglichkeiten erreichen kann. Haus mit Atmosphäre und Geschichte, schöner Garten in Ruhelage.

Wer mit dem Mietauto unterwegs ist, ein Quartier in absoluter Ruhelage mit guter Anbindung sucht, um das südliche Finistère zu erkunden, der ist hier richtig. Tagsüber waren wir viel unterwegs und am Abend ist es schon nach wenigen Tagen ein "Heimkommen". Ein schön gepflegter, großer Garten und ein paar Haustiere in der Umgebung sorgen für etwas Bauernhofatmosphäre. Das Haus selbst ist uralt, dicke Steinmauern und antikes Holz sorgen wirken mit rustikalem Charme. Die elektrische Beleuchtung im Erdgeschoß (Wohnküche) könnte heller ausfallen. Der Schlafraum befindet sich darüber im ersten Stock und ist nur über eine 14-stufige Dachbodentreppe (sehr steil) erreichbar, dafür aber sehr geräumig und luftig, ein Fenster oberhalb der Haustür. Die Gegend ist ländlich, aber nicht einsam, Vogelgezwitscher morgens und abends, ein paar umliegende Nachbarhäuser. Nahe des Ortszentrums (5 Min mit dem Auto) gibt es einen großen Supermarkt und eine Tankstelle daneben. Da es zu Fuß in unmittelbarer Nähe keine Gastronomie gibt, ist Selbstversorgung angesagt. Die Vermieterin Cathy ist sehr bemüht um das Wohl ihrer Gäste und bewohnt die andere Haushälfte (eigener Zugang), was praktisch ist, wenn man irgend etwas braucht oder Fragen hat. Sie spricht auch holländisch und bemüht sich in englisch. Nach Concarneau sind es zehn Kilometer, mit dem Auto unter einer Viertelstunde Fahrzeit. Wir empfehlen das Office de Tourisme dort (am Quai d'Aiguillon), da lassen sich Unternehmungen gut organisieren (deutsch/englisch/französisch), Fähren oder Führungen buchen, etc. Das L'Amiral ist gleich über die Straße, der Café ist ausgezeichnet dort ;-). Vielen Dank an Cathy, wir haben es sehr genossen, leider war eine Woche natürlich zu kurz. Wir würden aber gerne einmal wieder einen Urlaub in der Bretagne machen!
