Steps from the community dock, ideal for fishing, and crabbing. Nature lovers paradise with frequent eagle sightings. Enjoy feasts outside on the deck while enjoying the bay breeze. Open floor plan allows for great interactive family time. Located in a gated community, there are trails and access to the pool and tennis courts.

In my other life, I'm a real estate agent in the ND/DC/VA area. Heather has a fascinating history in Vet Physical Therapy and drumming.

Why they chose this property

Heather and I found this house and fell in love with the tranquil waterfront, all while close to beaches and surrounding beauty. Being steps away from the water, Heather and I love kayaking and paddle boarding and recognized this as an ideal place to launch our gear. We saw a lot of potential in the house and are actively trying to modernize the property for everyone's stay.
