This is a beautifully appointed home. Lots of seating in living room and large table and lots of chairs. Kitchen was nicely stocked even though we didn't really need kitchen stuffs for one night. Would stay here again, especially if larger party came. Beds were super comfy. Nice stay!

We were in town for a wedding and were looking for a comfortable home for ourselves and our two dogs. This home was perfect for us as it had a fenced yard for the dogs to roam, good sized bedrooms, and bathrooms. The home was clean, with a stocked kitchen, and laundry room. The neighborhood was also clean and very quiet. Great home for our needs and we would stay there again.

We had a wonderful time at Rehoboth Beach! The house is lovely and had everything we needed including beach chairs, toys, etc. The house is in a great location near the bike trail. I would highly recommend it.

Perfect getaway

We enjoyed the location, especially being close to the park for hiking. Close to shopping, restaurants and beach. House was very clean. Host, Bohdan was very easy to communicate with and we would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

Fantastic Stay!

We had a wonderful stay at the Oasis at Munchy Branch. We spent time in Rehobeth, Cape Henlopen Beach, and Lewes and the house is so close to everything. The house was clean, plenty of room, and had everything we needed for a weekend at the beach! Loved it! Would recommend.

The place was great. Easy check in. Ample parking. It was easy to find and right off of the main strip. Close drive to many places. About 15 mins from the beach. Being able to use the beach chairs and the beach towels was great! The towels were in the dryer when we got there. Just a heads up in case you think you can’t find them. The kitchen area was great. A nice island and dining room table. The living room had ample seating. The patio was also great. Nice seating, lighting and canopy to cover. The back yard was huge! Which is great for dogs. Our dogs are small so it felt like they were lost in the yard. The small fence was helpful too. The bedrooms were great. My father in law unfortunately was a little uncomfortable on the hard mattress in the front bedroom. The king bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable. The attached bathroom was huge, with a huge jetted tub and double sinks! Having access to the closet and hangers was nice as well. There is a crib in the main room for babies and little ones. Being able to use the washer dryer was a big plus as well. It was nice to wash swim suits and towels and stuff after the beach. I would suggest adding a brita filter pitcher in the fridge for people to have water. I would also suggest adding tissue paper or Kleenex and a full length mirror somewhere would be nice as well. Overall a great stay and would choose this place again. Thanks again!!

Nice, fresh, updated. Nice big kitchen island to sit at. Just the right size for our needs. Much appreciated the book of tips for the area and the beach umbrella and 4 chairs was awesome. The home is very close to everything.
