Apartment of 71 m2 loft-type on two levels with vaulted cellar, for 4 people in a minimalist style that combines the authenticity of places and modernism.

Featuring a fitted kitchen with everything needed for breakfast and meals.

And a bedroom with a king size bed of 180 X 200 to spend peaceful nights.

Fantastic location in Dijon centre-ville. The downstairs “cave” was lovely and cool during an unexpected intense heatwave in June. Would definitely stay there again!

Roomy Central Location

Great location next time old town. Roomy. Dijon is a wonderful to city. Access to 2 train stations in 20 mins of walking. Felt safe. Food market close. All necessities close. Anyone with accessibility issues should be mindful of the stairs down to living room and bedroom and tub required a large step over. Check in was smooth. We used washer and dryer on property. We used kitchen to cook from local market

Very tasteful equiped appartment

The host gave us a very warm welcome and was very helpful during our stay. The appartment is a „ Bijou“ and we enjoued the very tasteful equiped place. The location of the appartment 20 feet from the old town is perfect. Overall we had a very nice week and enjoyed all different spots to visit in Dijon. The only negative point is the low signal of the internet downstairs.

Séjour parfait!!

Avant séjour : grande réactivité et disponibilité -> très appréciable dans mon cas (déplacement professionnel pas forcément très précis initialement). Accueil : parfait. Emplacement : le bien est idéalement situé à Dijon (en plein milieu du centre historique de Dijon/possibilité de tout faire à pied -> monuments, marché couvert.../proximité du tram ->200m -> très pratique lorsque l'on arrive par la gare.../possibilité de se garer à proximité). Appartement : plein de charme/ qui correspond exactement aux photos (état neuf)/ équipements de très bonne qualité/propreté irréprochable. Ville de Dijon: très belle ville en terme d'architecture; très bien entretenue; animation nocturne plutôt bonne pour une ville de cette taille; gastronomie de très grande qualité; et que dire des vins!! Très belle adresse que je recommande à tout type de visiteurs (famille pour la disposition du couchage notamment et pour l'équipement de l'appartement/couple de touristes pour le charme du lieu/professionnel pour l'emplacement du bien dans un lieu charmant).

Un super appartement! ! !

J'avais louer l'appartement pour un week end entre filles. Le cadre de l'appartement est juste magnifique, très bien situé en plein quartier des antiquaires à Dijon . un appartement décoré avec beaucoup de goût . un équipement en vaisselle, literie ect tout à fait complet et de qualité. Nous avons été très très bien revu malgré notre retard. je garde précieusement les coordonnés car je souhaite revenir! ! ! Julie
