Aufenthalt in Dijon

FeWo war fast wie beschrieben. Parkplätze sind allerdings nicht genügend vorhanden. Man parkt in der unbefestigten Seitenstraße vor dem Haus. Heizung wurde nicht so richtig warm, obwohl es durch den Regen draußen in der Wohnung auch nicht warm war. Dusche für etwas dickere Personen nicht geeignet. Hätte mir auch eine genauere Beschreibung über die Mülltrennung gewünscht. Es fehlt auch eine Beschreibung zum Induktionsherd.

Bonjour Susanne, Concernant le chauffage il dépend de la copropriété et il est normal qu'au mois de mai il ne chauffe que "faiblement" avec 15 à 20 degrés en exterieur... Concernant la possibilité de se garer gratuitement autour de la résidence je n'ai jamais eu de critique des voyageurs, qui u contraire apprécient cette possibilité. Vous pouviez également vous garer avec plus d'espace dans la rue attenante contre paiement. Concernant le mode d'emploi de la cuisinière, qui est basique, tous les modes d'emplois sont laissés à disposition des voyageurs dans une boîte, il suffisait de le consulter pour toute question. La douche quant à elle a une taille standard selon les normes françaises. De façon generale je vous ai accueillis en vous laissant mes coordonnées personnelles et celles de la conciergerie pour toute question pendant votre séjour, message auquel vous n'avez jamais répondu. Il est dommage que vous préfériez laisser un avis exclusivement négatif au lieu de communiquer/nous contacter.

Fußläufig zur Altstadt, sauber und gut ausgestattet!

Eine helle, gepflegte und modern ausgestattete Ferienwohnung in einem Mehrparteien-Wohnhaus in einem Wohnviertel von Dijon, von der aus die Altstadt in etwa 10-15 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar ist. Wir waren jeden Tag unterwegs, und so war uns die Wohnung war ein prima Ausgangspunkt für unsere Ausflüge, und wenn wir abends zurückkamen, konnten wir es uns bequem machen und noch etwas entspannen - es ist alles vorhanden, was man braucht, und alles funktoniert einwandfrei.

Nice Apartment

Spacious apartment, easily walkable to Dijon center. Host, Sabrina, was helpful and responsive. We happened to stay here in the middle of the major heat wave with our two daughters (2 years old and 6 years old) - there's no air conditioning and no fans, but that was quickly remedied with two desk fans from the local store and leaving the patio doors open. We very much enjoyed our stay here. Thank you!

Appartement où l’on se sent bien

Appartement rénové et décoré avec goût. Il est calme , d’une propreté irréprochable. On peut tout faire à pied et se garer gratuitement. Sabrina a tout fait pour se rendre disponible pour la remise des clés et est de bon conseil. Je recommande cette location.

Nous avons beaucoup apprécié notre séjour à Dijon, et c'est en partie grâce à ce joli appartement. Il est lumineux, très bien rénové, confortable, aménagé et décoré avec soin. Sa situation est idéale pour se rendre à pied au centre ville. Vous l'aurez compris, c'est un coup de coeur pour nous !

Sehr schöne Wohnung in zentraler Lage

Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, der Hauptbahnhof und das historische Zentrum von Dijon sind fussläufig erreichbar. Der Empfang war sehr herzlich, wir sind umfassend informiert worden, die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin war völlig problemlos. Das Appartement war sehr geräumig, voll ausgestattet, funktional und geschmackvoll eingerichtet sowie extrem sauber. Wir haben uns als Familie dort sehr wohl gefühlt!

Super appartement cosy au cœur de Dijon

Nous avons été accueilles merveilleusement dans un très joli appartement meublé avec grand soin. L’appartement est très propre et la disposition des pièces parfaite. La localisation est géniale : 3 mn de la gare à pied, 10 mn du centre piéton à pied, commodités aux alentours. Proche des voies d’accès. Merci à la propriétaire et son papa pour leur gentillesse et leur accueil.
