In the heart of the valley of the Dordogne, between Souillac and Martel our house is ideally located to discover all the tourist sites of this pretty region
Quietly our independent house on one level, not overlooked, offers you a peaceful and relaxing stay.
The house includes
- a kitchen / dining room with all comforts (oven, fridge / freezer, washing machine, dishwasher, microwave and small household appliances)
- open to a living room with tv and dvd
- a bathroom with shower,
- three rooms. Two doubles in 140, one bedroom with two single beds in 90. Cot and high chair available.
The house is located in a quarter hectare enclosed garden with shade and play areas, a terrace with garden furniture and barbecue.
Above ground pool of 6m x 4m.

Très beau séjour super location et super accueil.un endroit très calme sans vis à vis .Une belle piscine un beau jardin .La tranquillité. J y retournerais .La région est magnifique. David et beverly sont adorable. Je conseille fortement.

Excellent séjour

Nous avons passé une excellente semaine dans la bien nommée Maison de Campagne à Lachapelle Auzac, entre jolies ballades, plus beaux villages de France, pauses gourmandes à la sauce périgourdine et farniente sous le chant des oiseaux au bord de la piscine. Merci à Beverley et David pour leur accueil.

Site calme et agréable

Le séjour s’est très bien passé. Gîte fonctionnel. Seul bémol : la salle de bain manque de chauffage d’appoint et de patères pour poser les affaires. Les extérieurs sont très agréables. Les attentions de bienvenue ont été très appréciés. Nous recommandons.

Quelle belle campagne, quel environnement paisible et quelle splendide région. Court séjour pour 1 bapteme dans la charmante église Saint Nicolas à 5 minutes de la maison. Une maison accueillante où rien ne manque

Un endroit très calme en.pleine nature, relativement ombrage, appréciable en période de forte chaleur, avec la piscine, et bien placé pour facilement se rendre sur les sites à découvrir

Agréable endroit

David était très agréable. La maison est parfaite est sécurisée pour mes enfants de 3 ans. Y compris la piscine.repos garantie sans ce coin de paradis. A bientôt David
