Maison de Charme**** with swimming pool and spectacular view

La Petite Maison is a charming local stone house nestled in a small hamlet a stone's throw from Curemonte, one of the most beautiful villages in France, with three castles, three churches and three fountains.
Not far away, you will have the pleasure of discovering the wonders of the Dordogne valley, the Causse du Lot with Rocamadour, as well as Meyssac, Collonges-la-Rouge, Turenne...
Many activities will liven up your stay: caves, animal parks, water activities, hiking... and of course the pleasure of the taste buds!
This cottage is the ideal place to discover the riches of Corrèze while enjoying the calm and comfort of a typical Corrèze house.

The cottage consists of:
On the same level, a lounge area with TV, bar, a separate toilet, a fitted and equipped kitchen with access to a pretty terrace and garden of 900m2, planted with trees and flowers.
Upstairs: A master suite with a double bed of 160x200 and private shower room with toilet.

Through the garden you will have access to the second house, and after climbing the few steps, you discover a large bedroom in the attic, equipped with a 160x200 bed and 2 90x200 beds. For more privacy, you can close the curtains separating the room.
At the back of the room you access the bathroom (shower, sink, toilet) with washing machine.
A small overhang in front of your room will allow you to admire Curemonte and its three castles in the distance.

The house offers you a large terrace, open to the secure 8x4 swimming pool (not heated) and the garden, where you can have all your meals, weather permitting!
On arrival, the beds will be made. You will have towels, shower towels, pool towels and kitchen towels. Parking in the property 3 spaces.
