GOT SAND? Well We Do! Come play at our house!
Easy access to three dune entrances with trails to the great Pacific Ocean. No trailering, you, your friends and family can ride directly to the dunes.
Newly remodeled 4 bedroom 2 bath home (max 10 guests in the house). Custom vaulted ceilings in the kitchen, breakfast nook and family room. 7 beds in the main home.
Family room has wood stove, leather sectional, and 65" Flat screen Smart TV for your enjoyment. (Local TV, High Speed WIFI, Netflix, sorry no cable)
The kitchen has wrap-around granite counter tops with 8 bar stools, microwave, glass cook top oven, dishwasher, stainless steel sink, and refrigerator with a great ice maker. Double high efficiency stacking washers and dryers for your convenience. 2 Large crock pots, blender, toaster, hair dryer in each bathroom.

The bedroom layouts are as follows:
Bedroom 1: Queen bed. Also has toddler bed
Bedroom 2: Queen bed.
Bedroom 3: 2 twin beds and a Graco portable crib
Bedroom 4: Larger room with 2 twin beds and 1 queen bed.

This property is completely fenced and has a blacktop driveway in front leading up to the house. Safe and enclosed environment for children to play and pets too. Please, when you bring your pets... Pick up after them.

Need more space? Add the bunkhouses

2 bunk houses available at an additional $75 per night, just bring sleeping bags or your own bedding.
#1: sleeps 3 (Full size bottom bunk with twin upper)
#2: sleeps 4 (Full size bottom bunk with twin upper plus a stand alone twin).
Exterior Bathhouse / toilet and double head shower for the bunk houses. Bring your own toiletries.
Fire ring...but be sure to note the Fire Districts' rule for burning. Water and hose near fire pit for precautionary purposes.

Maximum of 16 total when renting house and bunk houses.

Plenty of additional parking and privacy.
Gate on the Circle Loop entrance provides additional parking.

We enjoyed the house and property and look forward to staying again if we get the opportunity. Oregon Sand Dunes are a great place to visit, and we enjoyed the town of Bandon as well.

When we arrived there was no key to enter the house in the lock box and had to contact the owner for a backup so it took us 45 minutes to enter the home. When inside all the bed sheets were in the laundry. The location for access to the dunes was excellent and there was ample parking. The house is nicely set up and we enjoyed our stay.

We have stayed here three years now, & we absolutely love it. It works perfectly for our group where everyone can spread out & have their space & you can't beat the location if your there for the dunes. The owners are easy to get a hold of & great with communication.The one con thing I would have to say is that hopefully one day they can upgrade the mattresses in all the rooms in the house because they are all very uncomfortable.But all in all it's a great place, quiet, huge lawn area, well fenced, two fire pit areas, double washer & dryers, dune access, two bunkhouses with its own bath house, plenty of room for your toys & a great place to sit back & relax with family & friends. This is our one big trip a year & we look forward to it every time, cannot wait until next year.

We love this property and plan to book again soon. Super close to the dunes, plenty of privacy, plenty of parking for all the toys and trailers. Everyone had a blast and can't wait to come back.

Our stay had a few positives, but unfortunately the cleanliness and condition of the property was disappointing. The biggest issue was the main house, which had a very strong mold/mildew odor throughout our stay. We also found mouse droppings, and on the first night a mouse actually ran across our feet while we were walking to the bathroom. We saw the mouse multiple times before eventually catching it ourselves.The cleanliness was also not up to expectations. We found a previous guest's underwear left in one of the bedrooms. In one of the cabins, there was a strong cigarette smoke smell despite expecting a clean space which we paid additional for. We also discovered a dirty sock and a half-empty gatorade bottle left under the mattress on the top bunk, which made it seem like the property had not been thoroughly cleaned between guests.On the positive side, the property offers ample, safe parking for trucks and trailers, and the direct dune access is excellent and very convenient for riding.Overall, the location and parking are great, but the mold smell, rodent issues, cigarette odor, and lack of cleanliness impacted our stay.
