Great way to bring in the new year.

Our family had a great time at this home. We love the layout and the kids loved playing in the sand and with the air hockey table. Would re-rent this home.

Wonderful house right on the bay.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the Skipper's Surf House. Lots of room, plenty of seating, and excellent location for us. Had 8 adults and two toddlers. Clamming right out in the bay

Unmatched Character

Our stay was great. The character of the home and location was top notch. Games for the kids and views and open areas for the adults. We had a great stay and hope to come back next year!

4/10 Poor

Disliked: Cleanliness, communication, listing accuracy
The outdoor space , deck was dirty. Cobwebs, dirt, pine needles all over. Pealing paint. Old out door furniture that need replacedWalked in to the smell of old musty and pet urine. Had to open all doors and windows to air it out. Bought Farbreze and a wall plug in. The shag rugs were full of sand and dirt. The refrigerator leaked water down from the freezer section . Tried to contact the property manager in Colorado the number wouldn’t go thru. Call the cleaning service about the refrigerator and no kitchen towels. She responded that they called a repair service for the fridge and got us the towels. But had excuses to the outdoor mess. Said she would contact the out door handy man. That was a no show. The pictures on Vrbo were misleading.

Great place for a group

It was a great place for a large group. The book needs some updating and the directions for resetting the breakers is difficult when the panel is behind a locked door. Overall fun house

Spring Break

We stayed for spring break with the family and had a great time. The view was amazing and the location was perfect. Our only challenge was that one of the bedrooms was downstairs and the younger boys were too afraid to sleep there. The amenities the house offered were just perfect for our busy family.

Nice Bayside views

This property had a nice view of the bay and a central location to all activities. The exterior deck was covered in cob webs and debis making it less than optimal but the inside was generally clean, We had an issue with the door key pad not working but the property manager was quick to respond.

Bayfront retreat

Wonderful bay front get-a-way. Located in South Coos Bay and only minutes from Charleston and Bandon. Property management is wonderful and takes care of anything needed. Only downside is that there is no washer/dryer so if that is important plan accordingly.

Girls weekend

Overall it was good, excellent view, problem with outlets blowing breakers was an issue but if they fixed that, it would be better and more reliable.
