Kick your shoes off and completely enjoy this ocean front two bedroom , two bathroom first floor 1,100 Sq. foot beautiful condo located in Holiday Villa ll in Indian Shores . King bed in the master bedroom as well as a private master bathroom with a tub/shower combination . The second bedroom has 2 queen size beds. There is two pull out queen sofas in the large living room where you could sleep peacefully listening to the ocean waves . Enjoy morning coffee with a kuerg coffee pot or a regular coffee pot..sitting on the large balcony that overlooks the ocean where you could watch for Dolphins , or enjoy a glass of vino while watching the evening sunsets . Relax on the beach or enjoy the private Community pool that conveniently has outdoor showers and restrooms . One parking space is provided (additional parking can be requested at the office) I'm not affiliated with the office, so any other questions or concerns can be handled directly through me. you can text or call my phone anytime. This condo is newly renovated and is new to the rental market . ALL of the furnishings in this home are brand new . We offer upgraded WiFi and flat screen televisions in the living room and both bedroom's. linens and dishes pots pans ect are provided. And beach towels are provided..laundry facilities just outside this condo door with 2 washers and 2 dryer's ..this condo will not disappoint! Located smack dab between St. Petersburg and Clearwater and also 20 miles from the Tampa International Airport. Around 90 minutes away from the popular Walt Disneyworld and around 50 minutes away from Busch Gardens in Tampa .

Great Location & Set up for Families

We had a wonderful time at this condo. It was very easy to get to the beach & pool which was perfect because we have 3 young kids. The location is central to all of the local touristy spots and the condo is spacious. I loved the view from the deck.

Fantastic view on the beach

We had a perfect beach vacation with our teenaged kids staying at Vickie’s condo. Vickie was very responsive to our questions and the condo is well equipped. The view from the balcony is so relaxing . There are nice places to eat and a great ice cream/candy store just down the street. We would definitely stay here again to get som fun in the sun!

A soft place to land

We stayed in Vickie’s condo to be near my father in law who was in a hospice care center. Vickie’s place was comfortable and the views and walks on the beach were good medicine for the soul! Vickie was accommodating and allowed us to check in early.

Upon arrival we found the parking and unit easy to find. Upon entering the unit we were greeted with an amazing view of the gulf from the deck where we spent nearly every night watching sunset! The unit was exactly as described and shown in the pictures and we will definitely stay there the next time our travels bring us to this area!

Great Beach Condo

This condo was great for our Christmas vacation and has great views and access to the beach. We had a couple of questions come up during our stay and Vickie was quick to respond. We really enjoyed our stay and would go back. The only suggestion I would make for the condo is to add more hooks for hanging towels in the bathrooms and in the entry hallway for coats and other small items.

Great Condo and Location

Phenomenal experience. We are return visitors and as always, the condo was comfortable and the location perfect. Vickie is very responsive and quickly answered all my questions. Since we were working and doing school remotely while there, WIFI was an important consideration for us and it worked great, even with 4 computers going at the same time. We are already planning our next stay.

Vickie is absolutely the best! She worked with us when our flights were changed through our airline. She was very quick to respond. The condo was very well cleaned and so roomy! The view is absolutely breath taking. Only a couple of changes, more towels! When you have a large group staying, towels are in high demand. We will definitely stay there again❤

Wonderful stay in a 2 bedroom 2 bath condo

We were very impressed with the condo. While the building itself is dated the condo has been madeover and was very functional. We had our wedding on the beach and had people over for a reception. We were able to have 16 people seated and comfortable within the condo to eat and drink. Everyone commented it was a very nice condo. The sunsets were breathtaking and reminded us why we choose Indian Shores and the beach as our wedding destination. When we get back down there, we would definitely rent this place again.

Perfect Florida Vacation

My husband and I came to Indian shores with his sister and her husband, and this condo was all we had hoped for and more! Very clean, beautifully decorated, included all your linens and towels (even beach towels), a very well equipped kitchen, and those views!!!! Vickie was fantastic to rent from, she was in constant communication with me, and was quick to respond when I had questions. I highly recommend Vickie's condo if you're looking for the perfect Florida vacation, and the unit can easily accommodate a larger group, we are planning to return with our kids and grand babies.❤

March break.

We stayed in the condo with our two daughters and grandkids for March break. Due to COVID 19 many activities were closed but fortunately the pool and beach were there. The condo was great but the kitchen was lacking in cutlery, cooking utensils, glassware, plates, and cooking pots, and I would suggest that additional cooking utensils, etc. be added.

We have previously stayed in this building, but this condo is the best of all years we have been coming to Indian Shores! The condo had some basic supplies and even a crock pot! Those of us with larger families enjoy a crockpot to throw in a meal and return from the beach to eat. Everything went great for us and the ice cream shop are within walking distance. It was my mother-in-laws first time to FL and she could sit and watch us at the beach. We already booked for next year! It would be great to have washer/dryer in unit:)

Awesome view!

Our family stayed here for 4 days in early July. We loved the views from the balcony and living area. Vickie’s rental was clean and nicely decorated, we felt right at home. The five of us had ample room to spread out both inside and out. The pool was clean and never crowded and the beach was awesome, we rented some of the chairs and umbrella directly in front of Holiday Villas II for $25 a day. Vickie also supplied some beach chairs and boogie boards as well as a beach umbrella. We left a few more sand toys and a tube. The beach was never crowded and the water was warm and clear. Swam out to the sandbar and then had visions of Jaws and swam back in. Don’t worry all we saw were dolphins and a few small baitfish. Indian Shores is such a laid back vacation spot, it’s not too touristy but has plenty of restaurants and shops at the same time. The combo of Vickie’s great rental and the location made for a great get away. We will definitely return! Thank you for letting us stay at your property! If I were to suggest one thing it would be a new frame for the day bed, it’s a bit squeaky. :)

Don’t sit on the sofa

We spent 6 nights at this condo recently. While we were there, our experience was pretty good. It was pretty peaceful except for the last (Friday) night. There was a group having a party near the grills at the side of the building. I was happy with the condo while we were there. The bad part of the trip came as we were traveling back home. I received an email saying that most of my damage deposit was being kept because of damage to a sofa from sunscreen. The owner sent pictures and showed some white, chalky spots on the sofa that looked like where one of my party’s back and legs had rubbed against the faux leather material. None of us wore an excessive amount of sunscreen, so it seems to be a problem with the quality of the furniture. Because of this experience, I cannot recommend this rental. If you choose to stay here, be sure not to sit on the sofas while wearing sunscreen.

Very Peaceful

My family (7 of us) stayed here for a week and found the location ideal. We did take 1 star away due to the balcony being furnished with uncomfortable furniture, we couldn't spend much time out there unless we stood, and the pull-out sofa beds. We understand that there's not much to be done about these types of beds, but perhaps having supplemental cushioning provided to assist with the 2 inch spring mattress would be nice. I can't recommend having more than 6 people sleep here because whoever is on the pull-outs will have a bar in their back and a stiff body. They were so uncomfortable. I would suggest 6 people at most sharing the 3 queen beds in the bedrooms. I would also suggest getting cushions on the patio furniture. LOCATION: Amazing. The beach was absolutely wonderful and it was unbeatable for a relaxing week. Not crowded, awesome sand, conveniently only steps away from the condo. Within 20 minutes of Clearwater and many other little "towns" to explore. Close enough to Tampa for a trip in, and close to a lot of activities. I recommend a car for getting around. The balcony was nice to look over with coffee in the mornings watching the dolphins swim by and to listen to the ocean waves in the evening. Very tranquil! There was a bar, ice cream, convenience store and coffee within walking distance though we brought our own food since there was a full kitchen for making meals. (much more affordable). I would suggest arriving and perusing the cabinets for kitchenware and food left-over from previous guests. So much can't be taken on a plane so it's left over for the next person to use. I would definitely consider returning to this rental.

Wonderful visit!

We had a great stay. We loved the large balcony. Yes, this unit is on the first floor, but the parking garage is located on lower level, so the unit is actually up off the ground and offers great views! Upon arrival we had a couple questions and Vickie was quick to answer her phone and help us out. The unit was very well stocked. The kitchen had all we needed and more! The building is old and could use some love on the exterior, but it is kept clean and the pool area was nice and clean. Easy access to the beach! Very happy stay overall, but could have done without the red tide.

Beachfront - enough said

The show is the beach and the access - neither ever disappoint if you’re lucky to get a place like this. The unit had plenty to take advantage of to help make your stay as comfortable as possible, dishwasher, laundry, pool, grill, etc. Speaking of comfort, the beds are pretty darned good. Check in cannot get any easier, if you can read you’re set. My only complaint is I can’t slow down time. Anything else is simply not worth the effort. I could have easily stayed put another week.

Renter Beware

l am a retired travel writer who has stayed at hundreds of hotels and VRBO's across the United States and Europe for the past two decades.. It gives me NO pleasure to leave a bad review. I will be totally frank. The owner was very difficult to deal with in many ways. 1. There are NO guest supplies in the condo, no dishwasher detergent, no trash bags, hand soaps and minimal toilet paper. The owner stated that guests always go to the grocery store so she does not leave anything to start you out with. 2. The building is quite old and a little dingy. The trash container in the parking garage was overflowing for two days and not smelling pleasant. 3. We were not told where the keys were for the pool and the stairways. After finally reaching the owner she sent a locksmith to give us new keys. 4. The threshholds between the carpet and the tile were never installed. This resulted on small nail cuts on our feet. 5. There are fleas in the condo and we were all bit at night. I must say something good. The balcony is wonderful. And if the beach and trash smell had not overpowered us, it would have been a great place to spend time. Renter Beware and bring you own TP etc.

Perfect getaway for Spring Break

My husband and two teenage boys spent five extraordinary days in this very clean, nicely decorated, quiet and confortable condo. The view on the beach from the balcony was absolutely breathtaking, and I can’t count the number of long walks we had on this endless white sand beach. We used the heated pool quite a bit, and on our last day rented bikes to enjoy the beach differently - a fantastic experience! We definitely will be back!! Great condo for families

We had a phenomenal time staying at this condo with our family. The condo is spacious, tastefully decorated, and had everything we needed. The property owner is great and she was quick to respond to all our questions. The location on the beach can’t be beat. It was beautiful to watch the sunsets every day from the beach or the balcony and the kids enjoyed switching from the beach to the pool. The area feels less touristy than other beach areas nearby which was perfect for us, but still had easy access to all the amenities we wanted and great food nearby. We will definitely be coming back!
