Great location for visiting Alkmaar. A short walk to everything!Really well thought out accommodation. Comfy bed and nice bedding. Lovely lounge/kitchen on the top floor. Spotlessly clean throughout. It's only a few minutes to Schelphoek underground car park which we've used on a previous visit. Lovely communication from Sylvia and she offered us to check in earlier too.

This is my fourth stay here and can't wait to do it again. Sylvia is an excellent host! The apartment is clean and cozy! It is also perfectly located near grocery stores, restaurants, and shops. Highly recommend to anyone looking for a great place to stay and a wonderful time in Alkmaar.

Sylvia was a fantastic host. The property is in a perfect location with access to all the shops, restaurants, museums etc. The apartment is really well equipped and is highly recommended.

Another Great Stay

This was my third time staying here and it did not disappoint. The apartment is clean, comfortable and perfectly located in Alkmaar. Sylvia is an amazing host. I can't wait to stay a fourth time!

Accommodation is very conveniently situated in the centre of Alkmaar. Easy to get everywhere by foot and the train links out further are freqent and easy to navigate.

The perfect apartment in the perfect location

This was my second time renting from Sylvia. It was just as great the second time as it was the first. Such a great property and in such a great a location! The perfect place to stay in Alkmaar!

A lovely and cozy apartment in the city center

Sylvia ist the perfect host and the apartment was beyond our expectations. Easy to stroll through the city, rent a bike and take a trip to Bergen or the train to Amsterdam. Hope we’ll return soon

Alkmaar Apartment

This property was located in central Alkmaar and was very convenient for accessing transport to other cities in the Netherlands- however, Alkmaar itself was a beautiful town to explore. The host left clear instructions and was available to answer any questions with quick responses. The property was very clean and towels were provided as well. There are stairs throughout the apartment which could be challenging for some, however, it worked fine for us. Would definitely stay here again 😊

Die Unterkunft hat uns sehr gut gefallen… vllt hätte ein dünneres bett etwas besser zu den warmen Temperaturen gepasst. Ansonsten war es ein schöner Urlaub. Vielen Dank an die Vermieterin.

Enttäuschend

Badezimmer schimmelig ,roch nach Abwasser ,dreckiger Teppich ,kaputtes Besteck ,Bett sehr hart ,Bettdecken klamm ,Bettbezug aus meiner Studienzeit bekannt ,bin jetzt seit 30 Jahren kein Student mehr .War sicher mal liebevoll gestaltet ,inzwischen nicht mehr .Wir sind am zweiten Tag vorzeitig ausgezogen ,Vermieterin war nicht kooperativ .

Die Kundin hätte mich früher kontaktieren sollen, wenn sie irgendwelche Probleme hatte dann wären sie vielleicht gelöst Das hat sie nicht getan. Kritik äußerte sie erst nach ihrem Ausscheiden und damit können wir nichts anfangen. dann solltest du nicht sagen, dass ich nicht kooperativ bin. Darüber hinaus ist ihre Kritik unbegründet. Ich habe VBRO gebeten, die Bewertung zu entfernen Das fordern Sie auch Gäste können nicht einfach etwas posten Das Besteck ist nicht kaputt, der Teppich ist nicht schmutzig

Wunderschönes Alkmaar

Die Fewo liegt super zentral im Ort. Alles ist fußläufig zu erreichen. Am besten parkt man auf einem P&R Parkplatz außerhalb der Stadt.

Wohnung erfüllt seinen Zweck. Alles in Ordnung, in der Küche könnte etwas mehr Geschirr für's Frühstück sein, damit man die Spülmaschine zweckmäßig nutzen kann. Nachts manchmal etwas laut durch die Kneipenbesucher am Fischmarkt. Auf jedem Fall zu empfehlen

Slapen aan het Fnidsen

Wir hatten einen schönen Aufenthalt im Appartement mitten in der ruhigen und gemütlichen Altstadt von Alkmaar, immer in Hörweite des Glockenspiels von der Waage.Wir fühlten uns wohl im Appartement, die Küchengeräte funktionieren einwandfrei. Die Wohnfläche ist kleiner als in der Anzeige beschrieben, reicht aber aus. Für Kleider ist etwas wenig Stauraum da, aber wir haben es hinbekommen. Rundum ein schöner Aufenthalt und nochmals danke an Sylvia!

Charmantes Apartment mitten im alten Zentrum
