All the luxuries of home. The spacious great room has 2 comfortable sofas, 2 recliner chairs, gas fireplace, 65" Smart HDTV and Sonos sound system. All the comforts of home and more.

*4 Seat Golf Cart included with stay

The backyard is an entertainers dream! Enjoy beautiful mountain views on the back patio surrounding the private saltwater pool and spa. Backyard has grass for yoga or morning stretches. The patio table seats 8. There are chaise lounges for all day sunbathing comfort.
Pool has large Baja shelf for sunbathing and optional umbrella for shade while enjoying cocktails on the baja shelf in the Adirondack chairs.

Enjoy the Natural Gas BBQ while taking in the colorful sunsets. Home sits off the 4th green of Indian Palms Mountain course.

Indian Palms Country Club is a guard gated community and a resort destination with a 27 hole championship course (three nine holes).
Amenities can Include:16 lighted tennis and pickleball courts, Bocce Ball, a fitness center with daily classes. Restaurant and Bar is also onsite as a convenience.

This listing lives up to its high ratings. Located on a golf course in a gated community, the property has all the amenities you can think of. Very quiet street and conveniently located near polo fields and commercial areas. Property owner was very accessible and wonderful to work with. This property checks all the boxes.

Amazing!!

The property was great!!! Clean and equipped with everything you may need and some. Sandy the owner went above and beyond. It was our first time at the Coachella festival and she was so helpful. She gave us some of the neighbors phone numbers and we would get a ride from them. The festival was very close but still a lot of walking especially after so the rides were amazing. I would definitely stay there again. Book this property if you are in need!! You won’t regret it.

Wonderfully Cozy

From the first question I messaged to the owner the experience was a 10 out of 10. Sandy was great to communicate with and even checked in with me via phone the day before. The house was beautiful, clean, organized, and perfect in size for our family of 5. The pool was a great way to escape the heat. The garage was fully stocked with extra pool toys that we put to good use. I would definitely not only recommend this house to my friends, but I will stay here again.

Coachella Getaway

My friends and I stayed at Sandy's property for Coachella this year and it was perfect! The location of the house is amazing and the kitchen is incredibly well stocked. We all enjoyed getting to spend some time in the pool/spa after a long day at the festival. Sandy was an incredibly responsive host who answered any questions I had about the property or logistics before and during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again!

Unbeatable Coachella stay

Really a perfect stay from beginning to end. This was perhaps one of the best vacation rental experiences I’ve had. Sandy is a fantastic communicator, responding quickly and thoroughly to all my questions, and even spent 45 minutes on the phone with me to help think through logistics. The house is fantastic. It is immaculate, spacious, and has high end appliances. The outdoor space can’t be beat with a really nice pool overlooking the golf course. We stayed for weekend one of Coachella and it was as convenient as it gets. The entrance to the community is pretty much across the street from Coachella parking. It’s walkable, but to make it even more convenient, the community offered parking at it’s main gate that cut the walk by half. All around an unbeatable experience. Can’t rate this property highly enough. Book here and you won’t regret it.

We had a wonderful month at this amazing home! It was very clean and had everything you would ever need! The kitchen is huge and well stocked for entertaining. The patio and pool area is beautiful with views of the golf course and mountains. The beds were super comfortable and many sheets and towels available for use. Great House!

This property was perfect for our family Christmas getaway, including our dog. Everything was as good or better than advertised. The house has everything you need including a fabulous kitchen. We’re Mike and Sandy, married for 37 years and still each other’s favorite travel companions. Mike is a passionate golfer, while I enjoy showing horses and spending time with our beloved Labrador Retrievers. Though we travel extensively, our favorite getaway is always our Indio vacation home.

We fell in love with the desert’s bright, cheerful mornings and the breathtaking star-filled skies at night. This home has become our happy place to unwind, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who want to experience the same sense of peace, fun, and relaxation. We visit often ourselves, so we’ve made sure it’s comfortable, welcoming, and full of little touches that make it feel like a true home away from home.

We fell in love with this home the moment we stepped inside. The large open-concept design creates a bright and airy atmosphere, and the views are truly breathtaking—majestic mountains in the background and the lush golf course right out back. The living space flows seamlessly into a spacious backyard that feels like your own private resort.

Our oversized lot gives the property an extra sense of openness, with plenty of room to relax, entertain, or simply soak up the sun. The sparkling pool and spa are the centerpiece, surrounded by a beautiful lawn and lounging areas that make outdoor living a dream.

What makes this property unique

The location couldn’t be better. Just across the street from our community entrance are the world-famous Coachella and Stagecoach festivals—you can walk, bike, or drive right in. We’re also just a mile from the Empire and Eldorado Polo Grounds, where you can catch exciting polo matches all winter long (January through March) and the AKC Palm Springs Dog Show each January. Equestrian fans will love being only 6 miles from the Thermal Desert Horse Park, while motorsport enthusiasts can head a few miles down the road to the BMW Performance Center and Track. For those who prefer a slower pace, nearby La Quinta and the surrounding desert cities offer vibrant art shows, farmers markets, and plenty of local charm year-round.

This home has truly become our desert retreat, and we’re delighted to share it with guests who want to experience the same beauty, energy, and relaxation that drew us here.
