SLEEPING QUARTERS

Very comfy King-size Bed, opens onto the Pool and Spa, boasts a large walk-in closet, large wall mounted Smart TV over the dresser. Keep cool with the ceiling fan. En Suite Bath features dual sinks, soaking tub, over-sized walk-in shower, cabinets/drawers for linens and/or your personal effects. Guestroom 1, 2 & 3 feature queen beds, Smart TV, closets, dressers, ceiling fans. The three bedrooms shared two guest baths. Guest Bath #1 is off the hallway with 2 sinks and a tub/shower combination, while Guest Bath #2 is off the hallway with 1 sink and a walk-in shower.



INDOORS

Great Room features large open ceilings and abundance of natural light. The large sofa accommodates movie night, and the large 65in Smart TV is made for entertaining. For those who need to work remotely a work desk provided. From the Great Room enter into the Dining Area with Gas fireplace, dining for 6 overlooking the Pool and Outdoors. The dining area is open to the well-appointed Kitchen with Breakfast bar with 3 bar stools. The property features full-sized washer and dryer in the two car garage with easy access into the home.



OUTDOORS

This wonderful backyard retreat features Mountain Views and Sparkling Pool and Spa! The natural gas BBQ is located conveniently close to the kitchen, and next to the outdoor dining area with ample seating for 8 guests. Lounge by the pool, BBQ with your family and friends all in the same area.

Tennis Gardens are located half a mile from the front door, Palm Springs Airport is 28 minutes away, Living Desert Zoo is located 12 minutes from the property. World Famous El Paseo Shopping is 10 minutes away, features restaurants and shopping. Albertsons, Ralphs, Rite Aid are all conveniently located 1 mile away.

POOL HEAT

The sparkling pool and spa takes center stage, inviting long, sun-soaked afternoons or peaceful evening dips beneath the desert sky. Optional pool heat is available for $65 per night. We recommend adding heat between October and May. With this option, your pool will be preheated to a comfortable 83°F before your arrival. You will also be able to heat the spa, which is included in your booking. Daily pool heating fees are based on natural gas prices in California and the pool's size.

Really convenient location at the end of the culdesac, well stocked, exactly as displayed on listing. We used the hottub nightly, not the pool. Very nice! Would definitely stay again!

Indian Wells Stay

The house was exactly what we needed. Fit 8 of us comfortably, lovely living space, beautiful outside, clean pool. It was close to festival grounds which made it easy to get to and from. Hosting company was communicative and easy to work with. Would absolutely stay here again.

Amazing Desert Getaway

Our group of 8 had an amazing stay, and I wouldn't hesitate to come back. The house was clean and beautiful, with plenty of space for us. The outdoor area and the pool/hot tub are an oasis, and we enjoyed many nights dining outside and swimming and playing. The kitchen was well equipped for us to make some fabulous meals. Quite cul de sac, great property.

Had a fabulous home for our golf tournament in Palm Desert! 4 bedroom, out door spa and tons of room for hanging out and relaxing. Loved that all of our courses were within 15mins. Will definitely book this property again.

Family Vacation

This is a beautiful home with spacious areas inside and outside for a family vacation. The kitchen has everything you need to prepare meals and the location is central to visiting the popular sites. Our grand children loved the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We highly recommend this home for a wonderful family vacation.

Great Indian Wells home

This is a great home with lots of space and amenities. The location was perfect in the Palm Desert right next to Indian Wells golf and tennis complex. The layout is awesome and backyard is pool and spa are even better. I would definitely stay here again.

Great Location and Nice Space

House was nice and clean and matched description on the listing. Location is probably the most appealing thing for this stay. Walking distance to the Indian Wells tennis tournament (if you're willing to tough the heat) and 5-7 min drive to a number of resort/famous golf courses.
