Situated in a peaceful residential area, the chalet is just 500 metres from the main high street and a 5 minute drive to both the Brevent and Flegere ski areas. With fabulous views of Mont Blanc, a hot-tub and sauna, this chalet is the perfect Alpine retreat.

OUR OPINION

Along with its sister chalet (Planards 1), Planards 2 is extremely popular. We find that guests repeatedly return to this chalet for its fully flexible en-suite bedrooms, spacious living areas, wonderful spa facilities and its proximity to the town centre. Added to all this is the bonus of fabulous views towards Mont Blanc. For larger groups, Planards 1 is right next door and is identical in terms of capacity, facilities and layout.

Perfect Spot in Chamonix

This was the perfect chalet for 10 guys on a ski trip. A 10 minute walk into town and the ski bus. A bit tricky in the snow and ice. Very quiet neighborhood. Each bedroom has a bathroom which was fantastic. The sauna was top quality. The management company was extremely helpful and communicative. I would absolutely stay again!

Beau chalet, mais sans cheminée pour nous …

La cheminée est tombé hélas en panne dès notre premier jour d’arrivé, le réparateur n’a pu intervenir que le jour de notre départ … bien dommage . Autrement le chalet est beau, propre et idéalement situé, nous avons passé un agréable séjour dans l’ensembles, même si nous avons du pour celui ci acheté nous meme des verres à vin digne de ce nom et nous passer de deux de cheminée 🤷‍♂️ .

Très bonne prestation avec Planards 1 et 2. Avec leurs salles de bains attachhée a chaque chambre, sa cuisine tres bien equipée et son emplacement geographique. on reviendra !!!

Beautiful chalet, great location, service company not so great

Really beautiful chalet, with lovely interior design and very comfortable beds. The sauna was amazing, and the hot tub very nice, although there seemed to be too many chemicals in the water. It has a totally James Bond log fire with a remote controlled hood, and all the many Velux windows have remote blinds. Every room has an ensuite with great showers, and about halfway through our stay we discovered there is also a cinema room past the drying room, with an amazing huge screen and Sky TV. Kitchen is well equipped, full garage, boot dryer etc. My only gripe is that the service company staff were a little rude, perhaps because I resented being asked to pay extra for a cot and a high chair. They charged 20 euros a piece; it won't break the bank (although those Ikea high chairs cost less to buy), I just don't like the principle, and as the cot came without a mattress, I still had to hunt one down, which was all the kind of hassle I didn't need.

Nuestras vacaciones han sido muy buenas. Hemos recibido un trato espectacular por parte de Mountain Base. Sin duda muy recomendable. El apartamento era tal como nos dijeron. Estaba todo en perfectas condiciones y estaba situado, tal como nos dijeron en el centro de Chamonix. Trato muy amable y nos ayudaron en todo momento.
