Large private 6 bed chalet is centrally located in a peaceful area set above the town with outstanding views of the mountains. 5 mins flat walk to the Brevent ski lift (winter skiing/summer hiking) and less than 10 mins walk down the hill to Chamonix town. Comfortably sleeps 12, ideal for 2-3 families and is well set up for children. Hiking/biking trails from back of the house. The chalet has unparalleled direct views of Mont Blanc with a huge deck, hot tub and a large mature garden with trampoline and swing set. There is an outdoor pizza oven, BBQ and plenty of seating for outdoor dining/lounging. Large master on top floor with ensuite (steam and jacuzzi) and private balcony overlooking mountains at the back. 2 ensuite bedrooms with French doors onto the front deck. 1 additional ensuite bedroom on the middle floor. On ground floor there is an ensuite double bedroom that can be turned into a family room with extra bunk beds through sliding doors. Large living room with huge picture window and dining table, professional kitchen. There is a separate tiny cottage in the garden with simple kitchen and bathroom which can be good for a nanny or extra double bed (on request). Sauna to soak aching muscles. Gastronomic restaurant less than 100m away. Close to all amenities and only 1 hour drive from Geneva airport. Well behaved pets allowed (not in bedrooms). No all male parties. No smoking. Winter bookings Saturday to Saturday only.

Location was amazing - very easy walk to town and gondola. Pictures don’t do the views justice. House is beautiful and very well appointed. Sarah was very helpful with check in and restaurant recommendations. My three kids already asked if we can come back next year and they’re tougher critics than I am.

Beautiful house. Lots of room for lots of different configurations. The views of the mountains are stunning from inside the house and out on the front deck.This year we had three of our older children with us and each had their own room and bathroom, which is extravagant, but sometimes really helpful. As always, the hostess was phenomenal. So helpful, so friendly and enjoyable.

Wonderful family vacation home

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with the magnificent large front deck being our favourite place to be under the incredible Mt. Blanc. The place is filled with character and a blend of asian influence integrated into the classical french chalet bones. Fiona and Sarah were super helpful and communicative. Everything is as lovely as the photos and more so.

Excellent House.Superb location

The house exceeded our expectations. And we loved that there were still personal items in the house, and wasn't sterilized. It felt like home. Sarah, the caretaker, was incredible, introduced us to the house and was attentive when we had questions. We will go back to this same house as long as we are able.

An amazing chalet with all the facilities you could wish for.

When we arrived we were amazed at the care and attention we received. We stayed over Christmas and New year and were delighted to find a Christmas tree and decorations already in place. Candles were lit and a fire roaring in the fabulous fireplace. It was a lovely welcome to a fantastic chalet. There were 11 of us in our family party but the chalet is so huge that that we never felt crowded. The sauna, hot tub and steam room were all welcome after a day skiing. Cooking in the large kitchen was a delight, every appliance you could think of was there. This must be one of the best places we have stayed in. Sarah and Julie, the staff on the ground, made us feel very welcome and dealt quickly with any issues we had. Would definitely return.

We traveled from the US in June—the first time in Chamonix for myself, my husband, our three young adult/teen sons, and a family friend. We took a train from Paris to Annecy, rented a car, and drove into the valley. We had the most wonderful stay!Sarah greeted us warmly and toured the property. The house features a hot tub, sauna, and lovely yard (though we were too busy exploring to use them!). The moment we saw the living room's wall-sized windows, we were breathless—the view of Mont Blanc is jaw-dropping. The large deck has multiple BBQs and great furniture; we spent every twilight mesmerized by the mountains in the moonlight. The home is massive, giving all six of us plenty of space to spread out, and could easily fit groups twice our size.We highly recommend buying the Mont Blanc MultiPass online for seamless access to lifts and trains—it felt like an amusement park! We took the Aiguille du Midi cable car to a breathtaking 12,000 feet, had lunch at the mid-station, hiked the stunning Grand Balcon Nord trail, and took the historic Montenvers cogwheel train back. Another day, we drove through the 7-mile Mont Blanc Tunnel to Italy for a guided glacier hike, riding the spectacular Skyway Monte Bianco rotating gondola to Pointe Helbronner. On our last day, we walked to the Planpraz gondola up to Le Brévent and loved watching dozens of paragliders launch off the cliffs.The location is unbeatable. Highly recommend for an unforgettable family vacation!

Lovely house in spectacular setting

Our party of eight really enjoyed this house where we were able to spread out and relax. The views are tremendous. It is a good uphill walk from the village - so important to be aware of that - but then that is more than rewarded for by the views. Communication with the property manager was easy by text. We would definitely return! Many thanks

Cannot beat the amazing views of this chalet!!!

We were two families with older kids and this chalet was perfect! Love that we had the option to walk into town (10 min) and walk to Brevent ski lift (5 min). It is steep coming back from town so not suited for those not in shape (my 83 year old Mom!). The hot tub with amazing views was the perfect end to the ski day. We will definitely be coming back!!
