Urban Sitges Terrace - Holiday Apartment (Tourist Registration Number ATB-000277) is a charming duplex designed to offer a comfortable, peaceful and stylish stay in the heart of Sitges.



Its excellent location will allow you to enjoy everything within a few steps: it is just 5 minutes from the train station (RENFE) and a short distance from the beach. Additionally, taxis, shops, and some of the city's most well-known leisure spots are very nearby.



From the apartment you will be able to walk to the old town of this picturesque Mediterranean village in a few minutes, where you will find a wide gastronomic and entertainment offer. Sitges is famous for its lively nightlife, its music bars and discos, as well as for its numerous sporting activities, such as golf, horse riding, sailing and all kinds of water sports.



The apartment is located on the second floor of the building with a lift. It is distributed over two floors. On the main floor, there is a modern fully equipped kitchen and a cosy living room with a practical and comfortable sofa bed, ideal for relaxing after a day at the beach or walking around the town.



On the upper floor, the bedroom is located with a double bed and its en-suite bathroom with a shower, creating an intimate and comfortable space for rest.

Without a doubt, the perfect option to enjoy relaxing holidays by the sea in Sitges, combining comfort, location, and Mediterranean charm.



Booking conditions



During the stay, a deposit of €250 will be withheld, which will be returned after departure once the apartment has been checked. In the event of damage to the property, loss of keys or leaving rubbish or the apartment in inadequate cleaning conditions, the corresponding charges may be applied, which will be deducted from the deposit if necessary.

Check-out time: until 11:00 h. Early check-in or late check-out requests will be subject to availability.

Perfect stay!

We absolutely loved our stay in this apartment in Sitges. Our family of 4 had plenty of space to spread out and the two balconies were great places to relax and catch a view of the street action below. We loved how clean and modern the apartment was and we hope to visit again soon!

Lovely flat right in the middle of things

This is a very comfortable, well-equipped flat situated in the middle of Sitges. It is blessed with a small terrace at each end. The noise from the street is not intrusive. The staff were very helpful and responded to all enquiries very promptly. All in all I had a very pleasant stay.

Fantastic apartment in a great location, would visit again!

Great location in the heart of Sitges only a few mins walk from beaches, restaurants and shops. Clean, neat tidy and quite trendy apartment with some basic supplies for cleaning to start your stay. Had all the usual stuff you would expect self catering inc a dishwasher, hob, fridge etc. Had a lift to the top floor which was a bonus as last time we had a high up apartment in Sitges we had to walk up. Key collection was easy and done via the phone on arrival electronically.

Fresh, modern, clean and simple space in A+ location in Sitges

Incredible location to everything walkable in Sitges, including the beach, shops, restaurants. You step out the front door onto one the lovely shop and restaurant-lined walking only lanes. The location is simply ideal. The apartment is very much newer and everything feels fresh inside. The AC worked well and helped alot with the late summer warm weather. The apartment is somewhat sparsely decorated, but it comes across as clean and modern, not barren. There are 2 balconies, which is nice, but they both don't have much of a view, which isn't surprising given the location right in the middle of all the shopping and restaurants in the heart of Sitges. It is on the 3rd floor and there is an excellent elevator in addition to the stairs. Extremely secure building. No front desk, you're on your own, but the instructions from the host were terrific. Bring your own coffee. There were 3 small K-cup-like pods and that was it, for a 3 night stay. That said, I will definitely be back. Highly recommend it.

The apartment is spacious and clean and right in the centre of Sitges with cafes and restaurants close by and a short walk to the beach. The apartment has two balconies (only one is mentioned in the property profile). The kitchen facilities are basic, however, I would have appreciated a few basics, such as oil, salt and pepper and maybe a coffee caffitiere pot. I really recommend this apartment and would stay here again.

Very nice appartement with huge space! I’ve booked saturday nihht and sunday noon I arrived. The host was in touch with me at a short notice even on weekends. Solved all our initial problems with approch and even upgraded us to better appartment.
