Sitges Spaces Bonaire Beach Condo, newly renovated in 2023, is a four- bedroom, three-bathroom apartment in the heart of Sitges, just 100 meters from the central beaches.



This gorgeous condo just ticks all the boxes, making it one of our most desirable properties thanks to its tasteful decoration, spacious living room/dining areas, and convenient location in the center of town! As soon as you open the door you will immediately notice the difference, and the hard work invested in the renovation project, making it a truly spectacular property, ideal for holiday getaways or short temporary staycations!



Its spacious living room and kitchen areas have the perfect combination of contemporary furnishing together with just the right touch of charm! Natural light from the street-side balconies give it a “cheery” feeling and the large dining table, sofa and kitchen island combine perfectly together to offer an ideal space for larger family or groups! This spacious condo can sleep up to 7 people comfortably taking advantage of its 4 bedrooms and 3 full bathrooms (two with walk-in showers and the third with a bathtub).



The master suite has a king size bed (180 cms) and a beautiful ensuite bathroom with an oversized walk-in shower. Moreover, it has direct access to an open terrace contributing to the natural brightness of the bedroom as well as offering outdoor seating to enjoy a morning coffee or evening drink. The terrace overlooks interior courtyards making it a more peaceful ambience despite its central location. The second bedroom has two single beds(which can also be combined into a king size bed upon request)and direct access to the same terrace as the master suite.



Just down the hall is another full-size bathroom with a bathtub, tastefully and cheerfully decorated, which can be shared together with the third bedroom, which has a single bed (that can also extend into a double bed) and a very convenient desk for working or studying. The fourth bedroom has a single bed and ensuite bathroom, with a toilet and shower. A perfect bedroom for those traveling alone that want their own ensuite bathroom facilities. All bedrooms enjoy natural light!

The building is equipped with a modern elevator and includes a spacious underground parking spot (additional fees of 15€/night apply for stays of less than 7 nights). While a vehicle is not necessary due to its perfect, central location allowing guest to walk any of the main points of town in just a few short minutes, the availability of private parking is ideal for those traveling by car!





For rental periods of 28 nights or more, a special reduced monthly discounted rate may be applied to your reservation. In this case, utilities (electricity, water and gas) are NOT included in the published rental price and guests will be charged separately. A checkout cleaning will automatically be added to the final price.

Moreover, an additional cleaning service will be provided for each additional 30-day period at a charge of 95€ per service and must be paid by the guest. This monthly cleaning service is mandatory to ensure that the apartment is always properly cleaned and maintained.

Pets are allowed (maximum one large dog or two small dogs/cats) for an additional charge of 150€ per pet/month (maximum 300€ per pet/stay).

For stays of more than 32 nights, an additional Seasonal Rental Contract must be signed as required by local regulations (Law 11/2025 of the Generalitat de Catalunya), and the security deposit may be increased to cover the longer period of stay.
