A lovely forest glade that has proximity to everything Northwest SkÄne has to offer and within 30 minutes drive with lots of activities for those active such as hiking, hiking, forest and nature, swimming, canoeing, skiing, ice skating and much more

If you play Golf, Woodlands Country Club is only 5 minutes by car from Villa Pernilla, but you have just over 15 golf courses within 30 minutes drive. SkÄne is the Golf of Mecca!

Villa Pernilla is a detached house of 60 sqm with a lovely outdoor space and a fireplace in the living room. Fully equipped kitchen, barbecue area, dining area, living room with sofa bed for 2 more people, bedroom with a lovely double bed and bathroom with shower and washing machine.

There are many hiking trails and outdoor activities both in the immediate vicinity but also within short distances from Villa Pernilla.
If you are looking for peace and relaxation alone or with your family, Villa Pernilla is your affordable option.

With about 5 minutes drive you reach Örkelljunga Centrum where you have access to shops such as COOP, ICA Supermarket, Systembolaget, Restauranger m.
If you want to go shopping you can reach VĂ€la Centrum in just over 20 minutes, which is one of the country's largest shopping centers.

We would like to alert our guests that Villa Pernilla is equipped with an alarm system from VERISURE / SECURITAS where the Entrance Door is equipped with a YALE Doorman Smart Lock. Each guest receives their own unique and personal code for access to the house. There are two alarm detectors in the house one in the living room and one in the kitchen, both of which have a built-in camera that is not active unless the alarm system is activated. There is no camera surveillance and only in case of Burglary can pictures be taken by the alarm center Securitas, which assumes that the alarm system is activated.

Full information about the alarm system can be found in the house binder and at the entrance, where we also offer guests the ability to cover the alarm detectors should you feel uncomfortable.

Great Stay in SkÄne

Had a really nice week in Villa Pernilla. The house is pretty to close to a highway - all destinations in the SkÄne area where reachable in nice timing. The house was offering all ammendities you would expect - Per was reall nice and helpful as well. We would come back

Schöne Lage, gemĂŒtliche Ausstattung

Die Lage der Unterkunft ist idyllisch, ruhig und gut erreichbar. Die Ausstattung perfekt (inkl. Jacuzzi). Sehr nette Gastgeber! Wurden bei Ankunft gleich mit Informationen versorgt. Anderes Wissenswertes, befindet sich schriftlich im Haus. Leider war das Wetter nicht gut, so dass wir die nÀhere Umgebung nicht erkundet haben. Aber Malmö und Helsingborg sind sehenswert und einen Besuch wert. Schöner Aufenthalt!

Perfekt til parweekend

Vi havde et super ophold. Huset er hyggeligt, med brÊndeovn og det mest nÞdvendige tilbehÞr/service. Vil man lave lÊkkert mad, skal man huske selv at tage specielle kÞkkenredskaber med. OmrÄdet er helt klart vÊrd at vandre i, sÄ smuk natur og skove med masser af forskellige svampe og mos beklÊdt bundt. Vi havde en fantastisk weekend i sommerhuset, er dog ikke sikker pÄ at vi ville gide at vÊre der en hel uge, da der er ret meget trafikstÞj fra motorvejen, som ikke ligger langt fra hus og have.

Heerlijk verblijf in vakantiehuis

We werden hartelijk ontvangen door de eigenaar, Per. Het vakantiehuis is mooi gelegen in de bossen en van alle gemakken voorzien. De jacuzzi was heerlijk na een dag wandelen. Onze hond was van harte welkom. De omgeving is mooi schoon en rustig. We zijn een aantal keer naar zee geweest waar je ook prachtig kon wandelen. Kortom een aanrader, voor ons was dit de eerste keer Zweden maar we zijn zeker van plan om nog eens terug te komen. Nogmaals bedankt Per, voor je gastvrijheid!

Nettes Ferienhaus mit kleineren MĂ€ngeln Insgesamt war es ein schöner Aufenthalt. Allerdings war nicht alles wirklich sauber, zum Beispiel dreckige oder kaputte KissenbezĂŒge im Wohnzimmer und Wintergarten oder die alte Waschmaschine, die wir erst reinigen mussten, bevor wir darin WĂ€sche waschen konnten. Die SchrĂ€nke des Schlafzimmers waren teilweise mit privaten GegenstĂ€nden belegt (KostĂŒme, Gitarre etc.). Generell wirkte die Unterkunft auf den Fotografien und in der Onlinebeschreibung deutlich hochwertiger als in der RealitĂ€t. Einige Dinge wirkten abgegriffen oder verlebt. Toll waren die BlaubeerbĂŒsche in der NĂ€he! Overall it was a nice stay. However, not everything was really clean, for example, dirty or broken pillowcases in the living room and conservatory or the old washing machine, which we had to clean before we could wash clothes in it. The closets of the bedroom were partially occupied with private items (costumes, guitar, etc.). In general, the accommodation in the photographs and in the online description seemed much higher quality than in reality. Some things looked worn or worn out. Great were the blueberry bushes nearby!

Supermysigt boende

Ett supermysigt boende. Även om trafiken hördes sĂ„ var ljudet inte störande. Bra utgĂ„ngslĂ€ge för att Ă„ka runt till olika stĂ€llen. Vi var en vuxen och en 17-Ă„ring och vi nyttjade det fina ute-spat flera kvĂ€llar - underbart! VĂ€ldigt smidigt med kodlĂ€sare till dörren. Rekommenderas varmt!

Hyggeligt og dejligt ophold

Vi havde 4 nÊtter i villa pernilla. Per og Gunilla var sÞde vÊrter og behjÊlpelige nÄr det kom til at finde aktiviteter i omrÄdet. Placeringen er fantastisk hvis man er til Vandre eller kano ture i den skÞnne natur eller en tur pÄ golfbanen. Derudover var huset hyggeligt og havde alt vi skulle bruge. Kan varmt anbefales.

Liten oas

En fin stuga med de bekvĂ€mligheter man önskar sĂ„ som diskmaskin, tvĂ€ttmaskin, uppdaterat kök klimatanlĂ€ggning, wifi, digital box och olika sittmöjligheter beroende pĂ„ vĂ€der och vind. Fint utespa, som Ă€r mysigt upplyst pĂ„ kvĂ€llskvisten. Stugan ligger pĂ„ Ă€garens fina anlagda skogstomt med trĂ€dgĂ„rd. Bra inhĂ€gnat för oss som hade en liten hund med pĂ„ semestern. Omgivningen i övrigt hade mer att önska, inga naturliga gĂ„ngstrĂ„k för fina promenader. Utan vi fick gĂ„ pĂ„ gamka riks 1:an dock vĂ€ldigt lite trafikerad. Men endast 10 min med bil sĂ„ finns mĂ„nga sjöar, skogar och vandringsleder. Är man ute efter skogstystnad sĂ„ kanske man ska tĂ€nka en gĂ„ng till. Trafiken frĂ„n E4 hördes en del men inget som störde oss dĂ„ vi Ă€r stadsbor. Vi hade en fin vecka i Villa Pernilla

Mycket trevligt boende mitt i skogen

HĂ€rlig stuga som verkligen hade allt. Guldkanten var det lilla mysiga spa anlĂ€ggningen med bubbelpool som vi anvĂ€nde flitigt. PĂ€r fastighetsĂ€garen var mycket trevlig o hjĂ€lpsam . 😊

Midsommar

Vi spenderade helgen i denna fina stuga. DÀr fanns allt man behövde i en trivsam miljö. Bra utrymme i stugan och tillhörande uterum och trÀdgÄrd. Vi amvÀnde deras utespa mer Àn vi trodde, det var helt underbart. Vi möttes av trevlig Àgare som fick oss att kÀnna oss vÀlkomna och bekvÀma.

Nice place and nice landowners

Enjoyed our little stay at Villa Pernilla. If you are into Hiking this is just the place near to SÞderÄsen. Nice hosts who was there when needed. Is planning on comming during spring/summer.

Ein ruhiger Platz zum entspannen

Es ist wirklich ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus etwas abseits gelegen, aber perfekt zum entspannen und erholen. Hunde sind herzlich willkommen. Die Besitzer helfen wo sie nur können und sind sehr freundlich ! FĂŒr Leute die Ruhe, Natur und Erholung suchen, sowie fĂŒr Hundebesitzer ein perfekter Ort fĂŒr den nĂ€chstes Urlaub !

Fantastisk afslappende ferie

Vi ankom sent om aftenen og Per tig varmt imod os mens han viste huset frem. Huset har alt hvad man skal bruge fra lÊkker stue med pejs til veludstyret kÞkken. Per og Gunilla er begge meget imÞdekommende og springer hurtigt til, hvis man mangler noget. Alt hvad man har brug for ligger inden for 10-15 min kÞretur. Det anbefales at have bil. Jacuzzien var fantastisk! LÊkkert at ligge i det varme vand og kigge pÄ stjerner. Vi glÊder os til at komme igen. Mvh Georg og Liv

Our stay at Villa Pernilla, October 12th -19th 2019

We spent one week in October in this beautiful guesthouse together with our son and our two dogs. We all enjoyed it very much. The owner Per and Gunilla were very friendly and gave us good tips for free time activities. The elk safari in Markaryd was really amazing. The house is beautiful and we didn't miss anything. We can recommend it in any case. We enjoyed it also to relax in the outside whirlpool. Many thanks again Per and Gunilla for your assistance and for answering all our questions. We felt really welcome and we would like to come back again...but probably in the summer time when the weather is a little bit better. Kind regards from Sandra, Marcel and Jan-Niklas

Schöne 8 Tage in SkÄne

Die Villa Pernilla ist sehr gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und strahlte auf uns das erwartete schwedische Flair aus. Es fehlte an nichts, im Gegenteil, ein schöner Wintergarten, ein Kamin und ein Outdoor-Whirlpool ließen sogar einen Hauch von Luxus aufkommen. Die Gastgeber waren sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Insgesamt ein wunderschöner Ort zum erholen und entspannen. Diese Villa wird von uns uneingeschrĂ€nkt empfohlen. Herzlichen Dank nochmal an Per & Gunilla. GrĂŒĂŸe an Socket ;-) Villa Pernilla is very comfortably furnished and radiated to us the expected Swedish flair. Nothing was missing, on the contrary, a beautiful winter garden, a fireplace and an outdoor whirlpool even gave us a touch of luxury. The hosts were very nice and helpful. VÀldigt mysigt och trevligt hus. SuverÀnt bemötande av uthyraren som mötte oss och visade oss runt trots att vi kom vid 23-tiden. HÀrligt lummigt lÀge, jacuzzibad under stjÀrnklar himmel gjorde inte vistelsen sÀmre. ToppenstÀlle vi varmt rekommenderar.

Fantastisk oplevelse

Fantastisk lille hytte. Vi var og er stadig meget begejstrede for de to overnatninger vi havde fornÞjelsen af i Villa Pernilla. Vi nÞd virkelig at kunne hoppe en tur i spaen om aftenen og familiens hund og vores egen hund blev simpelthen sÄ gode venner og gik pÄ besÞg hos hinanden. Selvom hytten er tÊt pÄ hovedhuset bemÊrkede vi knapt nok hinanden, med mindre vi havde brug for en hjÊlpende hÄnd, sÄ stod Per og Gunilla med det samme, klar til at hjÊlpe. Vi havde bl.a. nogle udfordringer med et punkteret dÊk, og da det skulle skiftes fÞr vi kÞrte hjem, foreslog vÊrterne selv at vi rejste senere pÄ afrejsedagen, sÄ vi kunne fÄ det skiftet, uden at skulle stresse. Vi er meget taknemmelige for at have fÄet oplevelsen i villa Pernilla og mener begge to klart det er en stor anbefaling vÊrd! Vi er allerede nu igang med at planlÊgge hvornÄr vi igen skal tage en weekend hideaway hos Villa Pernilla! :-)

Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit in der Villa Pernilla!

Wir waren mit 2 Personen und Hund dort und haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Das Haus ist sehr gut und gemĂŒtlich eingerichtet und es fehlte an nichts. Den großen Garten und den nagelneuen Whirlpool konnten wir nach Herzenslust nutzen. Auch unser Hund war herzlich willkommen. Per und Gunilla und auch HĂŒndin Socket sind sehr nette Gastgeber. Tack sĂ„ mycket, vielen Dank! Wir kommen gerne wieder!
