This beautiful Provençal villa of 160 sq.m offers a large land not overlooked, in a quiet residential area, for a peaceful holiday. There is a 10.50 x4.20 m private pool with a large terrace, a barbecue, and a playground.
The villa on the ground floor is equipped with a large living room leading to a dining area, an open-plan kitchen, toilets, cellar, 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (with bathtub). Upstairs, you will find 2 bedrooms, 1 toilet, and 1 shower room (with shower). , The bedrooms are equipped double beds (8 sleeping arrangements) + baby cot + and baby equipment. The villa is very functional and has a pool maintained by a gardener.

Très belle expérience dans cette villa équipée pour passée d'excellente vacances ! La villa correspond tout à fait à la description et aux photos. Les propriétaires sont très sympathiques, disponibles et discrets ! Réservation faites pour l'année prochaine car nous n'avons pas su voir toute cette belle région ! Très bon séjour en août 2021

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille dans cette magnifique villa. Très bel espace extérieur, au calme avec le bruit des cigales. Les propriétaires sont disponibles et très sympathiques. Leur maison est chaleureuse et très spacieuse. Il faut tout de même prendre la voiture pour se déplacer (courses,lac de Saint cassien...) mais 15 minutes a pied du centre de montauroux,ce qui permet de marcher un peu avec une vue imprenable sur Callian. Merci pour cet accueil Christelle et Jean-Michel et au plaisir de vous revoir.

Web ad could be more exact

The house is nice; clean, with air condition and wifi. Nice outdoor terrace with awning/sunshade. Spacious property with pool. A short walk from beautiful Montauroux. This seems like a private villa, but the owners have a studio, connected to the house, where they lived during our stay. They claimed to have told us, but this was so well hidden in the English web-ad (and information only in French) that we did not understand until after arrival. We were not allowed to use the main entrance and had to use the kitchen door to get into the house. The house is not equipped for more than 4 persons, to our standards. Small fridge and lack of tableware/equipment if you want to cook and eat at the house. Narrow and creaky beds. One of the two toilets did not have a washbasin; felt unhygienic. Partly shabby neighborhood with barking dogs. Neighbors could overlook the garden. Should not be rented if you do not speak French. First time ever we have written a feedback like this. We have been renting villas in the area of Montauroux for the last 15 years; always happy, but unfortunately not this time.

Stor villa som vi lejede til 6 par i uge 30 2018. Anbefales som maksimum antal pga. toiletter og bad. Stor pool som blev gjort ren 3 gange på 1 uge. hyggelig terrasse med stor markise. Bordtennis med nyt sæt bat. 1 cykel til rådighed. Søde og rare udlejere. Man kan spadsere til Montauroux, men 1,2 km i kuperet terræn og på landevej. Super god bager i Montauroux. Dejligt ophold tæt på andre hyggelige landsbyer som Callian, Fayance, Mons m.fl.

des propriétaires au top, une maison fonctionnelle et chaleureuse

Bonjour N'hésitez pas à traiter avec ses propriétaires; d'une part la maison est adaptée à une vie familiale rapprochée( nous étions 2 adultes et 4 enfants) , jardin spacieux, piscine agréable et de bonne taille..d'autre part on ne peut que conseiller les quaités humaines des propriétaires, compréhensives, et à la discrétion assurée cependant. Entretien régulier de l'espace extérieur comme de la piscine appréciable et pourtant très discret. Les chambres sont grandes, les salles de bain, cuisine, salle à manger, séjour sont fonctionnelles et accueillantes. Le site au calme à la sortie d'un village chaleureux et animé si l 'on en aurait le besoin. Bref on se sent bien là.

Nous avons passé de bonne vacances dans cette jolie villa très bien équipés décoré avec beaucoup de goût Il ne manqué rien les enfants ont apprécié la piscine et les activités extérieur proposé Nous voulons remercier les propriaitaires Pour leur accueil et leur disponibilité et le soin porté à l entretien Et surtout leur discrétion on aurait presque oublié leur présence. A lovely villa in beautiful surroundings

The villa is perfect for two families and the nearby villages and lake including Cannes offers plenty to see and explore. Really the essence of Provence. A car is a must. The villa including pool was very clean and in general hold high standard. The host family lives in a private part of the villa. Speaking a little french is recommended. //Mikkel

We have lived in this beautiful region of Var since 2006, which offers appealing landscapes. You can also do many activities such as golfing, horse riding, hiking, tennis, and swimming in the lake of St Cassien. You will be close to Gorges du Verdon, Grasse, Cannes, St Raphael between Var the the Maritime Alps, Provencal village, Callian, Fayence, and Mons. This is the reason why we had the idea of renting our villa, to make you discover our region,

What makes this property unique

The strengthens of our rental and its location in a peaceful residential area. The villa is not overlooked by any neighbour. It is close to the village, shopping facilities, by foot or by bicycle. The villa is spacious as well as its 2500 sq.m garden and its terraces. The villa is located in a impasse. When the clients come, they will not need to move nor feel the need a car. You will find everything you need, in our villa with clean beds and linen beds.
There will also be a small souvenir the day of departure.
