Completed in 2020, Villa Olea is a stunning blend of modern design and timeless comfort, making it the ultimate retreat for family and friends. Situated at the mouth of one of the area’s most picturesque coves, this villa offers an unparalleled Greek holiday experience with its superb location and extensive amenities.

Just 3 km from the charming fishing village of Kilada, this spacious, gated villa offers 9 ensuite bedrooms, 1 WC, 10 bathrooms, a hammam, expansive indoor and outdoor living and dining areas, BBQ facilities, a beautifully landscaped garden, a vegetable garden, and a variety of sports courts for tennis, basketball, and beach volleyball. Tastefully furnished, all bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, and the villa comfortably accommodates up to 21 guests.

For an additional cost, we can provide extra beds, increasing the capacity to 24 guests.

As an alternative or additional option, we also offer two guest houses located right next to Villa Olea. While not at the same level as Olea, each guest house features 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and can comfortably accommodate 6 guests, allowing for a total of 12 additional guests. In total, up to 33 guests can be accommodated comfortably.
These guest houses can be combined for an extra cost, and we’d be happy to provide further details upon request.

The villa is only 40 meters from the serene, crystal-clear waters of Panagitsa Beach and 250 meters from the family-friendly Vrochitsa Sandy Beach. Both beaches are located in calm, shallow coves, protected from the Argolic Gulf, making them ideal for young children. The area's mild climate and calm waters are also perfect for water sports, offering a more peaceful experience than the windy Aegean Sea.

Take advantage of the optional boat charter service to explore nearby islands and secret swimming spots at your leisure. For those who enjoy outdoor activities, complimentary kayaks, stand-up paddleboards (SUPs), snorkeling gear, beach games, chairs, and umbrellas are available. Whether you prefer relaxing by the beach or engaging in more adventurous pursuits, this villa offers something for everyone.

Villa Olea’s prime location also allows for easy access to the nearby coastal towns of Porto Heli and Ermioni, popular tourist destinations. Porto Heli serves as a gateway to the mainland and the Saronic Islands, such as the cosmopolitan islands of Spetses and Hydra. From the small port of Costa, just 5 minutes from Porto Heli, ferry boats depart regularly, reaching Spetses in just 10 minutes. On Spetses, you can explore the island by bicycle or enjoy a romantic horse-and-carriage ride along the seaside road to the historic old harbor.

Magical Yoga Retreat

We facilitated a week long yoga retreat for 17 people here. Alexandros and his staff were all so accommodating and attentive. They organized airport transfers, excursions, a private chef, and made everyone feel so welcomed, cared for and comfortable. The venue was ideal: lots of community spaces for people to connect, daily yoga classes either by the pool, on the upstairs patio or in the living room. The views were spectacular with gorgeous sunsets every night as we ate dinner on the upstairs deck overlooking the infinity pool and the sea! Each bedroom was en suite and everything seemed like it was remodeled yesterday. We can’t recommend it enough!!

Just Wow!

We were a group of 17 - 4 families with children of varying ages ranging from 5 to 14. We all had a fabulous time - the kids said it was their best holiday ever! The villa was extremely comfortable and perfectly set up with the basement level being great for the kids and the upper bedrooms (with lovely views) perfect for the adults. The lovely Maria made an absolutely delicious breakfast for us each day on the terrace overlooking the sea and mountains, and the kids had a blast playing on the paddle boards and kayaks in the beautiful secluded cove only a few footsteps from the villa. Great communication with Alexandros who looked after our every need from catering to yoga sessions. It was the end of the season so many of the restaurants closed while we were there, but there was still enough open that we could eat out, particularly in Ermioni. The weather was fantastic and the sea warm enough that we all swam every day. We hope to be back before too long!

Absolute Dream Villa, we had the best time! Never ran out of things to do without ever having to leave the villa and the view was breathtaking. The cleaners were in every day keeping it spotless. My only disappointment was with communication, as we were staying there for our wedding we had a call about a year out, although I certainly didn't expect them to plan my wedding Alex filled me with confidence in all the ways they could help and events they could book ect, even telling me they were looking into hosting more weddings at their villas in the future. Unfortunately this wasn't the case and it would take a month and multiple emails everytime I needed to find something out for me to even get a reply which caused a lot of stress and I ended up having to book nearly everything myself in the end anyways. Overall 100% book this villa, you will have the best time! Even have your wedding here, it was the most stunning/ perfect location, just don't make the same mistake I did - get a wedding planner / don't rely on the team at Magnificent for too many organisational things ahead of time, dispite what they may say. I appriciate this is a very niche issue, hence why I still gave 5 stars overall because like I said the villa/ holiday experience was the best I've ever had

A little bit of Hellenic paradise!

We are a group of 13 friends and spouses, and every so often we travel to locations that are unknown to us. Well this certainly hit the spot. A beautiful villa in a stunning location with loads of amenities. Comfortable rooms, all with air con, and ensuite bathrooms, beautiful sitting room, and wonderful outdoor seating area with views to die for. Alex, our host was on hand to meet us and ensure that all our needs were satisfied. And he was always at the end of a phone if we had any further requirements. We could not recommend this more!!

Wonderful villa experience

Our family group wholeheartedly recommends Villa Olea. The team of Alexandros (owner), Virginia and Dimitris (villa chef) were very pleasant to deal with, super helpful and worked hard to make our stay enjoyable. The villa is already equipped to a high standard, but they obtained other things such as a playpark for toddlers, in view of our group's particular needs, and helped organise local outings. The indoor and outdoor areas of the villa are actually more spacious than it appears in the photos. The bedroom/bathrooms are arranged roughly in pairs, which accommodate family sub-groups in semi-independent areas, ideal for our extended family. We appreciated the architecture and design which uses local stone and some traditional forms combined with a stunning modern interior. The garden is pretty and has a lawn area nice for our toddlers in late afternoon. The pool is beautiful (with a good shallow section) and the adults enjoyed the tennis, volley, and paddle-boarding in the sea below. The little sandy coves are sheltered and shelve gently. The views from the terraces and outdoor dining area are amazing, especially the sunsets. Dimitris is an excellent chef, who introduced us to various Greek dishes, and sourced some wonderful seafood. The supermarket shopping delivery service was a good time-saver. All round, a lovely stay!

An amazing escape!

Alexandros and Virginie were delightful hosts as they accommodated our 2 families at such short notice at Villa Olea. The villa was breathtaking not just its views, location but the layout and design. Every aspect of our stay was catered for including all the toys and games for the kids to make the most of the private beach, pool, tennis and volleyball. court. Holiday highlights were many but simply paddle boarding and snorkeling around the sheltered coves every morning was bliss. We also had an amazing birthday dinner cooked by the villa chef ! We felt thoroughly spoilt and well looked after :) thank you again we will be back !!

Best place to be in Greece..

Usually I don't really bother with reviews. This time I did, because Alex and Virginia truly deserve the spotlight. Over a year ago, I decided to celebrate my 30th birthday in a special way and wanted to invite a couple of my friends for a long weekend in the sun. After intense research I finally found a great place to stay in Spain. Everything was organized and then came Corona. So very last minute (2 weeks before my birthday trip) we decided to look for a suitable accommodation in Greece instead and as soon as we found ... we immediately knew that this the right place for us. Alex and his houses were an absolute stroke of luck for us. During these two weeks Alex was in exchange with me almost daily and took over the whole organization on site. All food was bought beforehand and already brought into the house, the birthday cake, a Yoga instructor and the private chef Dimitris were booked. Dimitris cooked an incredible Greek dinner for us and responded to all our special wishes. 100% recommend! When we arrived, everything was just fantastic. The house is one big playground. Tennis, table tennis, beach volleyball, kayaks, SUPs and a bunch of fun floaties... everything was there and in excellent quality. The accommodation really had everything we needed and Alex and Virginia were available all the time and made our stay absolutely unique. Many thanks again to both of you personally for communicating so spontaneously and bindingly even in such difficult times as these. You really saved my birthday, guys! Thanks a million! I can‘t recommend the accommodation enough! You will have an amazing time there!

Wonderful Position

Modern comfortable house with excellent facilities very close to a small beach, perfect for swimming. The only small criticism is that the bathroom arrangements and showers didn't quite meet the same standard. Good outside space with wonderful views, but some areas were overlooked by neighbouring properties making them less usable if you are looking for privacy. Alex, the owner, is extremely helpful and the service provided was excellent. We are planning to return.

Everything you expect from your luxury Greek escape..

It was very easy to deal with Alexandros, the owner. He was friendly and accommodating and spoke good English. Nothing was too much trouble. This new and very clean property has everything....all the kitchen gear, extra bedding, plenty of bathrooms and separate living areas and also a fabulous huge pool. All the family loved the ping pong and the beach across the road with secluded coves for a quiet swim. The view from the picture window is to die for and sunset at Villa Olea is a dreamy experience. Well worth a visit.
