The property is stunning, even more impressive than the pictures. Very comfortable bedding/living areas, 3 kitchen areas, central AC. The house can be thought of as three separate units technically, but can be all open as we had it, a lot of space for groups or families to gather together while also having some privacy. The patios are huge - we loved gathering on the top patio in the evening and stargazing while also having the view of Spetses across the sea. The pool area was also very enjoyable. A few beautiful beaches walking distance were nice to explore. Very quiet area, but only a 5-10 minute drive to nearby Porto Heli. Private gated parking at the villa was appreciated too. Our host was very responsive and helpful with everything we needed, from restaurant recommendations to help with aspects of the house. Highly recommend the property!
