Beautiful desie duplex overlooking the sea and the pool of the exclusive residential complex where it is located. Bright, with exquisite care to every detail, a pleasant terrace where breakfast, parking space and Wi-Fi Internet and a quick connection to the highway to see the rest of the island. This house has all the ingredients for a unique vacation.

It is ideal for families and couples because it has capacity for 4 people (up to 3 adults and a child) and is distributed on two floors. On the upper floor, where you enter the property, there is a fully equipped kitchen, a living room with incredible views of the sea and the swimming pool and a toilet. On the ground floor of the property, there is a complete bathroom and two beautiful bedrooms, one of them with access to a cosy terrace where you can relax. With all the comforts, Internet Wifi fibre, thought for teleworking and parking space. Strategically located to get to know both the north of the island and the metropolitan area.

The house has a fully equipped kitchen, a nice design lounge overlooking the sea and the pool of the residential complex, terrace, refrigerator, microwave, hair dryer, sheets, shower towels, crib, high chair, baby safety gate, Internet, parking space and communal pool.

There is currently works on the facade of the building and you may experience some noise during the day.

Great appartment and place if you don´t like tourists areas. Safety!

Good choice, but you need a car to see more from the Island. Sometimes there was noisy people in upstairs.

Super séjour

J'ai adoré la résidence, Le cadre est superbe! L'appartement magnifique conforme aux photos. La terrasse donne sur la chambre à coucher en rez de jardin. Par contre il faut une voiture . Petit bémol sur la mauvaise insonorisation et aucun transat à la piscine. Je recommande sans hésiter.

Great stay in Santa Ursula

Very nice duplex, fantastic view, great location near motorway, fully equipped, perfect bedroom for kids. We enjoyed our stay and wished to stay longer. Maybe add coat hangers in the entrance and bathroom
