Our house is located in La Orotava village.
It is a perfect place to enjoy an ideal holidays.
The area is very quiet, sorrunded by nature but is also very well conected to the city. It is 10 minutes from the beach and 5 minutes from the center of La Orotava.
The house is fully equipped. Washing machine, air conditioned, heating, ironing center.
It has a chillout terrace with barbecue and sea views.
Two beautiful double bedrooms with Tv, a large living room with another TV and valley and sea views. Also has a very nice and modern bathroom.

Free parking and free Wi-Fi.

Lovely property, quite neighbourhood

Nice property everything you need is available,, do need precise instructions on how get get to property, we had a sat. Nav, don’t know if we would have found it. When leaving main road, turning narrow, next turning just as narrow. Maria, extremely close and very helpful

Sehr saubere Unterkunft, sehr praktischer Parkplatz, wenig einsehbar. Alles an Gebrauchsgütern (Spülmittel, Handtücher, Bürsten, Geschirr, Besteck, Küchenmesser etc) vorhanden und einsatzbereit. Alle Orte der Insel sind (mit dem Auto) gut erreichbar. Es ist eindeutig eine Empfehlung auszusprechen.

Hübsche, kleine und ruhige Unterkunft

Kleine und saubere Unterkunft mit schönem Blick. Bis zum Meer und Ausgangspunkt von Wanderungen braucht man mit dem Auto zumindest 20 Minuten. Uns hat es sehr gefallen, bei wärmeren Wetter hätten wir auch den kleinen Pool benutzt.

Finca alejada del bullicio habitual en los núcleos urbanos, en la que es muy sencillo desconectar y relajarse. Fantástica terraza con una pequeña alberca en la que poder refrescarse. Muy bien cuidada y con un gusto exquisito.

Simply beautiful

We loved our stay at Maria’s finca. The house had everything we needed. We parked our rental car and found everything within walking distance. The days were so peaceful and restorative. The town of La Orotava is beautiful and unique. Many lovely churches and gardens. Maria is a wonderful, conscientious hostess. We are hoping to return one day.

Sehr schönes Appartment mit wunderbarem Blick

Die Finca kann man nur weiterempfehlen. Das Appartment ist wirklich nett eingerichtet. Es fehlt an nichts! Die Gastwirtin Maria ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Auch die Umgebung ist hübsch und alles zum rundum wohl fühlen!

Finca Los Tropicales

Wunderbare Wohnung auf einer kleinen tropischen Finca. Man hat einen fantastischen Blick auf die See vor Puerto de la Cruz. Die Wohnung ist super ausgestattet, selbst ein kleiner Pool ist vorhanden. Maria, die Gastgeberin ist sehr hilfsbereit und hat jede Menge Tips für die Umgebung. Sehr empfehlenswert.

Ganz tolle Ferienwohnung in ruhiger Umgebung

Die Ferienwohnung ist in sehr gutem und neuwertigem Zustand. Die Bilder entsprechen der Realität. Die Lage in einer ruhigen Seitenstraße sowie die Terrasse mit Meerblick garantieren einen erholsamen Urlaub. Maria, die Vermieterin, ist sehr nett und hilfsbereit und kümmert sich aktiv um die Anliegen ihrer Gäste. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen und können die Ferienwohnung mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Belle location : confort et calme, à recommander !

Très bon contact avec la propriétaire qui donne beaucoup de renseignements sur l'île et qui est disponible à tout moment si besoin. Un très bon accueil, souriant, de sympathiques attentions appréciables à notre arrivée avec quelques provisions pour le repas du soir et pour le petit déjeuner. Une terrasse très agréable avec la mer à l'horizon et une vue sur le Teide quand le ciel est dégagé. Un logement vraiment confortable et propre, une situation privilégiée pour sillonner les différents lieux touristiques de l'île. A louer sans hésitation !!! (Et 1 lit parapluie mis à disposition avec drap et petit matelas)

Schöne Lage

Die Wohnung bietet eine gute Ausgangslage für schöne Wanderungen. Die Vermieter sind sehr nett. Wir hatten einzig Mühe, die Wohnung zu finden, da die Beschreibung ungenau war. Nach verschiedenen Telefonaten mit den Vermietern hat es dann geklappt.

Sehr schön!

Anzeige authentisch. Vermieterin super nett und absolut hilfsbereit! Das kleine Ferienhäuschen liegt am Ortsrand inmitten eines paradiesischen Gartens mit den typischen kanarischen Nutzpflanzen. Fantastische Aussicht in den Garten, aufs Meer und bei wenig Bewölkung auf den Teide! Innen alles hell, modern und voll ausgestattet. Würden dieses Apartment jederzeit Freunden empfehlen und kommen mit Sicherheit noch mal wieder hierhin.

Oase bei La Orotava

Die Wohnung entsprach ganz der Beschreibung und wir verbrachten eine wunderschöne Woche im nördlichen Teil Teneriffas. Die Lage der Unterkunft ist top und sehr ruhig. Der Sitzplatz sowie der gepflegte Garten laden zum Verweilen und zum Geniessen ein. Muchas Gracias Maria - auch für das Lotsen zum Haus, das für uns nicht ganz einfach zu finden war. Relaxing stay with beautiful view

Enjoyed our stay on the finca, with pretty garden and lovely view over the finca to the sea. The property is very well presented with everything we could need, comfortable bed and sitting area. Maria the property owner was very welcoming and helpful. We can recommend this property.

Fremragende bolig. Dejlig beliggenhed. Ideel for 2 personer, men også god til 4.

Vi flygtede i januar fra den danse vinter og fik lige hvad vi havde brug for. Sol og varme og en fremragende bolig. Ikke kæmpestor, men godt indrettet. Ideel for 2 personer, men også god til 4. Boligen indeholder alt, hvad man har brug for, herunder en dejlig terrasse omgivet af en lille fin beplantning og med en rigtig flot udsigt. Boligen ligger i gåafstand - ca. 1 km. - fra La Orotava, og inden for en afstand af mindre end 500 m ligger 2-3 gode restauranter, hvoraf én serverer gamle canariske retter af høj kvalitet. Indkøbsmuligheder ligger lidt længere væk, så en bil er en god ide. Også hvis man rigtigt vil opleve Tenerife Nord, som er et smukt og frodigt område med mange rigtig gode turmuligheder. Maria og hendes mand var meget venlige og hjælpsomme. Tak for det. Vi kan på det kraftigste anbefale et ophold i Los Tropicales. Ole K - Lisbeth O from Denmark

Sehr schöne Unterkunft an einem tollen Ort!

Mit zwei kleinen Kindern (4J und im Krabbelalter) in den Urlaub zu fahren, muss ja nicht entspannt sein. Unsere gut 10 Tage in diesem schönen Haus waren es aber tatsächlich die meiste Zeit! Maria und Ana haben uns sowohl mit einem Baby-Reisebett als auch mit Informationen zur Umgebung bestens versorgt. Das Haus war bestens ausgestattet, um für uns und die Kinder zu kochen, mit ein paar Handgriffen hatten wir eine sichere Krabbelzone und die wirklich spektakuläre Aussicht machte die Großen glücklich :-) Die Gegend ist wunderbar, um innerhalb von 15 Autominuten viele tolle Orte für Spaziergänge, Strände und auch den Loro Parque zu erreichen. Und wenn man ein bisschen Spanisch spricht, kann man innerhalb von ein paar Schritten sehr nett mit Ortsansässigen ins Gespräch kommen. Muchísimas gracias! :-)

Traumhafte Unterkunft

Wir haben 13 wundervolle Tage auf Teneriffa verbracht, wobei unsere Ferienwohnung das Highlight war. So wohl und willkommen haben wir uns selten gefühlt. Es fehlte wirklich an nichts und auch die traumhafte Aussicht beim Frühstück über Bananenplantagen hinunter zum Atlantik war eine Wucht. Das Haus ist in einem tadellosen Zustand, alles sehr neuwertig und gemütlich eingerichtet, so daß man sich selbst am ersten Abend fühlte, als wäre man im eigenen Heim. Unsere Vermieterin ist ausgesprochen nett und zuvorkommend (schickte uns selbst noch Vergessenes hinterher nach Hause :-) ) und jederzeit erreichbar und für uns da gewesen. Die Versorgungslage der Gegend ist mit einem Mietwagen nahezu unerschöpflich, von Supermärkten aller Art bis zum Strand- und Souvinierladen, Tankstellen und "deutschen Bäckern" im Stadtteil La Paz bis zu verschiedenen Strandabschnitten, welche in wenigen Kilometern erreichbar sind. Wobei hier ganz klar der Strand "Playa de Bollullu" unsere Nummer 1 war. Wir wünschen unseren Gastgebern eine erfolgreiche und glückliche Zeit und kommenden Gästen schöne Ferien auf Teneriffa :-) mit freundlichen Grüßen Fam. Fähnle

Ein tolles Feriendomizil, ideal als Ausgangspunkt für Unternehmungen

Wir wurden sehr herzlich von Maria empfangen und die Übergabe war absolut problemlos! Alles ist so wie beschrieben und sogar noch besser als erwartet. Der Ausblick - perfekt. Die Einrichtung - perfekt. Sogar Rolläden und Fliegengitter für die Fenster. Es wurde wirklich an alles gedacht. Von der Finca aus ist mit dem Auto alles schnell zu erreichen: der Lidl zum Einkaufen, Puerto de la Cruz zum Essen gehen, Ausflüge zum Teide oder an den Strand ... Wandern, Besichtigungen, ... Von Maria haben wir sehr viel Informationen bekommen, was man so alles machen kann auf der Insel. Außerdem stellt sie einen ganzen Korb an Infomaterial und Karten im Haus bereit. Toll! Trotz der zentralen Lage ist es angenehm ruhig auf der Finca und in den Betten lässt es sich wunderbar schlafen. Wir hatten zwei tolle Wochen und werden bestimmt noch mal wieder kommen. New, fresh and extremely comfy with amazing views

From A-Z, ALL was perfect, I would rate 10 out of 5 stars if I could! Just a few comments on why we had such a wonderful time at finca los Tropicales: Surroundings: The view - oh, the view- b-e-a-utiful! View on two tiny mountains and the sea in the front, the peak of the Teide and sunset on the left, all behind the owner's plantation with fruit trees and your lovely own well-maintained garden. Lots of windows in the finca make you feel part of the surroundings and feel free!! And the finca is close to shops, restaurants, beaches, Puerto de la Cruz, Icod de los Vinos, la Laguna, Loro Parque and the road up to el Teide. This finca gives the 'up on the hill' feeling without you having to take numerous curvy roads up the hill to actually enjoy these breath-taking views. Bathroom: Nice rain- (+hand) shower, washing machine with detergent and they even provide toilet paper, hand soap, shampoo, shower gel, toothbrushes and toothpaste. Kitchen: well equipped (glasses, mugs, pans, cutlery, good knives) with all the basics for cooking (sugar, coffee, pepper, salt, oil, vinegar, spices) Bedrooms: Best beds we slept in while on Tenerife! Not too hard and a good choice of pillows. Also enough space to hang/store your clothes. They provided a baby cot for our 1-year-old. Living room: So nice to be indoors, but feeling part of what's happening outside because of all the windows. Hanging on the extremely comfy couch, while enjoying the views and a glass of local wine, watching tv or using the wifi (good connection). And then the details of providing an umbrella for the rainy days, the first aid kit, tea box, lots of maps and activity brochures, restaurant suggestions, charcoal for a BBQ, sunbeds, private parking: I would recommend this place to anyone and whenever we return to Tenerife we definitely try to stay at los Tropicales again!

Excellence Unterkunft

Sehr nette Vermieterinnen, die uns eine sehr gut ausgestattet Ferienwohnung (Finca) in einer wunderschönen Umgebung für unseren 13tägigen Aufenthalt übergeben haben. Es fehlte wirklich nichts! Ein wunderbarer Ausblick und Ruhe um schöne Abende auf der großen Terrasse mit Liegestühlen verbringen zu können. Von der Finca aus kann man mit dem Auto schöne Wanderwege und auch schöne Städe wie La Orotava, Garachico und Puerto de la Cruz sehr schnell erreichen. Es war für uns zwei ein sehr erholsamer Urlaub, wir werden wieder kommen. Claudia
