The strategic position gives the possibility to visit during the stay both the seaside resorts of the south-eastern area (Mari Pintau, Geremeas, Cala Regina, Villasimius, Costa Rei) and those of the south-western area (Pula, Chia, Nora). The nearby Poetto beach can be reached in a few minutes both by car and by bicycle. Large 180 square meters, consisting of 4 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, the dining area and the kitchen. It is located on the second floor in a mini-condominium consisting of 3 apartments, there is no elevator. The generous dimensions allow a comfortable arrangement, it is structured to accommodate up to 8 people. the apartment has air conditioning, tv, wifi, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need. 1 set of towels is provided per guest (shower towel, face, guest) and sheets. A few minutes away is the Molentargius Park where you can admire the pink flamingos
