The house features three comfortable bedrooms with double beds, two bathrooms, a cosy living room with fireplace and a fully equipped kitchen, all conveniently located on the same ground floor.

Step onto the large covered terrace with stunning sea views or relax in the private garden terrace with a hammock and BBQ.

Enjoy direct access to the beach and complimentary kayaks for exploring the surrounding waters. One sun deck with a canopy is available exclusively to guests of the beach house, offering a comfortable shaded spot to relax by the sea. If additional sun loungers are needed, the owner can arrange extra loungers upon request, subject to availability. The pebble beach of Picena is just a few metres away.

Explore nearby bays by kayak or take a short boat ride to Proizd Island, known for its beautiful beaches.

The house offers Wi-Fi and air conditioning for a comfortable stay. Nearby, guests can enjoy authentic Mediterranean dishes at a small, intimate restaurant on the property, run by the host's family. Advance booking is recommended.

Pets are welcome for a fee of €50 per pet. A refundable damage deposit of €300 is payable in cash to the owner and is returned on the day of check-out, provided everything is in order and the house is left without damage.

How to Reach Your Holiday Home

From Split Airport:
Travel to Split port and continue by ferry or catamaran to Vela Luka on Korcula Island. From Vela Luka, the holiday home is approximately 10 minutes away by car.

Alternatively, take a catamaran from Split to Korcula Town and continue by taxi for approximately 50 minutes.

From Dubrovnik Airport:
Take a catamaran to Korcula Town and continue by taxi (cca 100 eur cost) for approximately 50 minutes.
