Stunning home in Vela Luka with kitchen

This vacation house is located far from the traffic noise and directly by the sea in Prapatna Bay. From the terraces there is an unforgettable view of the island of Hvar and the Korcula Channel. The house consists of two units connected by an external staircase. On the first floor there is a room with kitchen and bathroom. You have to park the car 150 m from the house, because a narrow natural path leads to the house. The house is simple and equipped exclusively with solar energy. (12 volt electricity). Landlord will be happy to invite you to a boat trip to the small islets or to the island of Proizd (extra charge). Proizd island is a part of Vela Luka archipelago, known for its beautiful beaches and crystal clear sea. For an extra charge, the owner of the house offers a small motor boat (boating license required).

Der Vermieter ist super lieb und freundlich.

Der Vermieter ist super lieb und freundlich. Wenn man sich bewusst ist was für ein Urlaub es sein soll ist das Haus super gelegen. Der Kühlschrank oben kühlt leider nicht ganz so toll und der in der unteren Küche ist kaputt. Wir haben die untere Küche gar nicht benutzt. Der Gasherd funktioniert gut. Strom wie in der Beschreibung 12v da geht nicht mal eine Kaffeemaschine und handy dauert sehr lang. Lichter funktionieren gut. Moskitonetze sind ratsam wenn man ungestört schlafen möchte, aber normal in der Gegend. Die Aussicht das Meer und das Haus super schön. Die Nächte unglaublich heiß und kein Lüftchen im Zimmer. Alles in allem sehr schön. Wir hatten eine erholsame heiße wunderschöne Woche dort.
