Villa with stunning views and pool

The house is located 30 minutes from center of Stockholm in the outskirts of a small residential settlement called Kagghamra. The house has a stunning view over a fjord and fields, the sun sets right in front of it.
The front has a small garden and parking for two cars. The rear has two large terraces. The upper level is a lounge area with a sofa and sun beds. The lower terrace has a dining table with space for 12 people. There is a place to give extra heat in the evenings. There is also a barbecue. The terrace can be covered with a marquis. Below the terraces there is a lawn.

The pool is located on the edge of the cliff facing the fjord. It has a wooden deck with sun chairs. The pool is 4x10 meters and is possible to heat it. In the evening it can be lit up with lamps inside the pool.
The house is a classic Swedish wooden house with the main floor at the entrance level, a basement downstairs and an attached garage.

Description first floor:

The house has an open kitchen with a dining place for six to eight people. The kitchen is fully equipped. It overlooks both the front and the rear of the house.
The living room has seven windows facing the rear and has an amazing view of the fjord below. It has a fire place as well. It is equipped with a large sofa.
There are two bedrooms on this floor. One with a standard double bed and a large wardrobe. It has glass doors facing the side of the house.
The other bedroom has a sofa bed with a standard double bed. It has three large windows facing the backside and the fjord.

The bathroom is tiled and is equipped with toilet, basin and shower. The washing machine is in a separate room beside the bathroom.
Description lower / basement floor:
Downstairs there is a large bedroom with a large double bed. It has a place and a large window facing the lower terrace and the fjord. There is a door to access the lower terrace.
The bathroom is en-suite and it is equipped with a shower, twin basin, toilet and a bathtub. It also has a access to the lower terrace.

Mooi zicht op de fjord.

Heel aangenaam verblijf. En zeer vriendelijke huisbaas. Wel geen kleerkast en bergruimte voor de 2de en 3de slaapkamer. Je moet eigen lakens en handdoeken voorzien. Fijn verblijf om met +12 jarigen te gaan (niet met kleine kinderen). Je kan er zeer aangename avonden aan het vuur op het mooie terras beleven. Zeker alles op voorhand voorzien want weinig winkels e.d. op korte afstand (15km). Iets moeilijkere toegang (over gladde rotsen) tot het zwembad, wel heel mooi en verzorgd.

Uns hat das Objekt super gefallen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter hat sehr gut geklappt. Er hat sich um alle Belange umgehend gekümmert. Es war sauber und für die Kinder war natürlich der tolle Pool das Highlight. Unseren hund haben wir im Grundstück allerdings nicht frei laufen lassen können, da das Grundstück an einem steilen Hang liegt ohne weitere Sicherung nach unten. Weiterhin ist man schnell in Stockholm un dkann auch so sehr schöne Ausflüge unternehmen. Die Lage ist wirklich toll zum erholen und Kraft tanken. Vielen Dank.

Ein magischer Ort!

Es war eine schöne Unterkunft. Geschmackvoll und gemütlich. Grandioser Blick und herrlichen Ruhe und dennoch nicht weit nach Stockholm. Der Verwalter Stefan war sehr nett und engagiert. Für unsere Kinder, die in zustellbetten schliefen ( waren schön länger nicht benutzt) gab es ohne zu Zögern neue Matratzen. Toll.... ! Wir haben uns gut aufgehoben gefühlt.

Great views on fjord, great location, heated pool

The house is located on a hill overlooking a fjord. The views at different times of the day are amazing, true to the pictures. Well suited to small family, we stayed there with 2 adult children. Downstairs bedroom and bathroom are huge. Upstairs bedrooms relatively small. Several terraces to sit and enjoy. Pool is heated. Path to pool is over rocks, maybe less suitable for elderly people. Very friendly owner. House has lots of character. We loved our weeks stay here, neighbourhood feels very safe. Visits to Stockholm, Uppsala, Drottningholm and then leisurely dinner in the evening sun. Arlanda airport 75 min away, except during rush hour.

Close to paradise

This property did not feel like a rental, instead it felt like we were borrowing a friend's home for the week. The view from the home is extraordinary, with great sunsets, There was an in-ground pool that we could use. The kitchen was functional, with all the pots, pans and plates that we needed. There are three bedrooms and two full baths. Plenty of room for two grandmothers, and a young family with a child. Don't forget the fun hike down to the water. The owner gave us great tips for restaurants and food stores. It was a idyllic week.

Einfach nur traumhaft

Ein super Haus in einer traumhaften Gegend. In dem Haus ist alles vorhanden, was man für einen entspannten Urlaub braucht. Die räumliche Trennung für zwei Paare ist auch gegeben, durch die zwei Etagen im Haus. Der Pool über dem See ist einfach nur Klasse. Die Verbindung nach Stockholm ist ebenfalls gut, mit dem Auto 15 Minuten nach Tumba, kostenlos parken und ab in den Zug (fährt alle 15 Minuten). Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenfalls Klasse. Alles in allem einfach nur empfehlenswert. Wir wollen wiederkommen.

Ein toller Jahreswechsel im Schnee

Wir hatten eine schöne Woche im Haus am Fjord, bei Schnee und Eis. Unsere Kinder waren begeistert. Stockholm ist ca. 45 Autominuten entfernt und ein Traum zu Weihnachten und Silvester. Im Haus ist alles vorhanden, was das Herz begehrt. Stefan ist immer sofort erreichbar, hat uns das vergessene Handy nachgeschickt:). Wir würden sofort wiederkommen! Vielen Dank 😊
