DESCRIPTION
Exclusive location with breathtaking sea view. Two separate houses with pool - perfect for two families or generations to celebrate holiday together.

The property is located on a natural plot with a high position 40 meters above sea level of the Baltic Sea. Each of the two houses have fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher and tiled bathrooms with shower. The houses is about 60 sqm each and consists of open-plan kitchen and living room and each house has separate bedrooms with double beds.

To one house there is a suter-staircase of about 25 sqm, which is used as a combined bed and living room with a double bed and a sofa bed. In direct connection with fully tiled bathroom with laundry machine and dryer.

To each house there is a patio of about 15 sqm with outdoor furniture and barbecue facilities. And a great view over land and sea.

Common to the houses there is a pool area with sun deck equipped with sun loungers around the heated pool of 7,0x3,5 m.

Each house is equipped with TV. Wireless fiber internet is available.

Year-round standards with electrical heating and fireplaces both inside and outside. Located about 40 minutes drive from Stockholm city. 5 minutes walk to the beach.
The houses is only rented out together and weekly or longer periods.

Nicht schlecht aber teuer

Im Haupthaus ist das eine kleine Bad bei 2 Schlafzimmern etwas wenig. Lüften ist auch so ein Problem. Ein Schlafzimmer, in dem kein Fenster zu öffnen geht, ist nicht so toll. Das Zimmer im Nebenhaus unten ist eigentlich nicht bewohnbar. Wir haben mangels Schränken aus dem Koffer gelebt. Der beheizte Pool und die ruhige Lage sind prima. Man braucht aber für alles das Auto.

Traumurlaub in der Mitte Schwedens

Wir fanden die Ferienhäuser genauso vor wie im Inserat beschrieben. Der Blick ist traumhaft. Es ist sehr ruhig. Die Umgebung kann man gut zu Fuß erforschen. Für den Einkauf benötigt man aber ein Fahrzeug, da die Entfernungen zu groß sind. Der Kontakt zum Vermieter war durchweg sehr positiv. Man erhält der Eindruck, dass der Besitzer ein guter Gastgeber sein möchte. Typisch für schwedische Miethäuser: Bringe Dein eigenes Bettzeug und Handtücher mit! Trotz unserer Anreise zu einer unchristlichen Zeit war der Zugang zum Objekt dank des pfiffigen Vermieters problemlos möglich. Fazit: Dank des überwiegend milden Wetters in Schweden hatten wir einen tollen Urlaub. Klare Empfehlung.

Close to the water!

The house is very close to the sea, very clean, very quiet and so comfortable! The owner (Mats) was available to answer any questions we had immediately! A very nice guide guidebook answered most of our questions upon arrival. Thank you Mats for our beautiful first time visit to Sweden! Looking forward to visiting again some day!

Oasis of Tranquility

The location is absolutely beautiful. The view is like an ever changing landscape painting. All in all it’s very quiet and relaxed. The pool is wonderful, the cottages are comfortable and the beds are good. We had a great time, thanks Mats!

En bit utanför Stockholm men värd varje minut i bilen, exakt en timme från Arlanda när det är lite trafik. Gott om plats för 8 vuxna, fantastiska solnedgångar, fin pool, underbar utsikt över havet. Enklare kök och matplats men mysigt, allt fungerade utmärk, mysigt ställe.

Fantastic location and great house for a family

Because the house is actually 2 houses , it is a perfect property for a family . The owner was charming and everything was as described . Need a car however to enjoy the area

STOP!! You found what you've been searching for...Paradise!

I have absolutely nothing negative to say about this place. It is really like living in Paradise, but not like staying in a super luxurious place where you're afraid to touch anything. It was more like your cool rich uncle let you crash at his lake house while he was out of town. Matts was a great host. Really laid back and easy to get along with. We didn't need any major support from Matts since the 3 week stay was problem free, but I'm sure he'd go out of his way to keep his guests comfortable and happy. Grödinge area is really beautiful and peaceful, but we almost never left the property! The view was fantastic, the neighborhood quiet and relaxed, and the pool was a welcome sight every time we stepped out into the unusually hot Swedish weather. Both houses had everything we needed. The WiFi was a little weak in the 2nd house, but no one seemed to spend much time on their gadgets here. We were 6 men, ages ranging from 21 to 54. Every last one of us loved every minute being there. All in all, an exceptional experience. If you are looking for a place to unwind, surrounded by nature and water, look no further. I'd definitely bring my wife and 3 young children there as well and never worry about them getting bored! Hey Matts; can I bring the dog too??
