The private residence Bel Horizon offers enchanting accommodation, furnished and independent, located on an ideal beach in the north-west of the island of Mahé, 3 minutes by car from the legendary Beau Vallon beach and just 10 minutes from the capital. Victoria.

This establishment is located in an independent residence is composed of an elegantly decorated and air-conditioned duplex, fully furnished with master and secondary bedroom and their adjoining bathrooms

* Master bedroom on the first floor with double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and large balcony
* 2nd bedroom always on the first floor with 2 single beds (which can be put together to make a double bed), adjoining bathroom with shower and small balcony

* Ground floor - you have large kitchen / living room and fitted dining room and veranda with an extra table with 4 chairs, sofa, with sea view. Access via the garden to the beach at the bottom of the garden.

* The whole duplex / bedrooms have a superb view of the sea and the Isle of Silhouette in the distance

Services include a large flat screen TV in the living room with cable, internet access via free wifi, hairdryer, digital safe in each bedroom, ironing board and iron and cleaning every 3rd night. We provide all linens including beach towels.

On the day of your arrival we provide you with an "arrival service" which includes: -
• The / Cafe, sugar, butter, bread, milk, Fruit in season, fruit juice.
• A 15lt bottle of free mineral water
• Free WIFI
The duplex is air conditioned.

The duplex is located in a large private property, a large tropical garden, several terraces with deckchairs and parasols. We have a private terrace facing the small beach at the bottom of our garden, with deckchairs and parasol.

Snorkeling from the beach at high tide is excellent and you also have the option of kayaking.

We can also arrange your transfers to and from the airport, vehicle rental, big game fishing or scuba diving at the best value for money through our various partners in the tourism industry.

Great place and great host. The place is sparkling clean and looks exactly as in the pics. The host is great. The comunication is great. Denise helped us a lot with the car hire and day trips bookng. The private beach is so good. Overall highly recomended. We would definitely stay again in Bel Horizon.

We had such a lovely stay at Bel Horizon Seychelles! The place was perfect -- clean, a/c, comfortable. Location on the water is perfect, with the pool and the beach right there. Denise was a fantastic host -- always available and full of good ideas about places to go and things to do. Our group of four with different food preferences also really enjoyed being able to cook our own meals in the well-equipped kitchen. Bravo!

A perfect holiday in paradise! Perfect for family or just for two...

The appartment was fully equipped, even a cooling box was available, and everything was just as in the pictures, and always very clean! The people around were kind and helpful day and night, and did not mind our 10 year old daughter always coming around to have a look at the kittens... Check in and out was perfectly organized. Never had such a holiday appartment before and will come back for sure...

Fantastic views at Bel Horizon

We had a great time in this spacious holiday appartement. The views from the balconies, the pool and the deck down at the little private cove are wonderful and Denise and her staff were lovely! We can definitely recomment staying at Bel Horizon. Many thanks for being such a good host, Denise!

A lovely waterfront stay in Beau Vallon!

Denise was a fabulous host and the property was perfect for exploring Mahe Island. This neighborhood on the northwestern shores of the island is a nice mix of locals and tourists, with access to many restaurants and the fabulous beach. Highly recommend if you want to be off the heavy tourist track. Great views and access to water.

A wonderful place

What a view!

A superb duplex overlooking the ocean, with excellent fittings and conveniently located north of Beau Vallon. Helpful and attentive host. Delightful pool and garden.

Wonderful accommodation and delightful host

Absolutely great stay. Denise and her staff went above and beyond to make our holiday special. The location is incredible, the beds are comfortable and communication with Denise was perfect. Peter cooked a great barracuda dinner for us on our last night. Be sure to try Top Soliel Bar and Grill a few kms north for amazing curry dishes on the beach. Thanks Denise, we will be back.

Wonderful place to stay

It’s a beautiful semi detached house. Pool and gardens are shared with other guests, but there is plenty of space to spend wonderful time. Denise is amazing. She cares about every guest to spend best time. We had fresh tropical fruits and warm welcome. 100% recommended

What a view!

We have really enjoyed our staying. The apartment was very clean and spacy. Denise was always accessible and very friendly. The direct access and the view to the silhouette island is outstanding. My sons also used it for some snorkeling and if you want a great beach, Great Anse is just some steps away and you can spend the day.

Hospitality is invented by Denise! What a dream to stay in BelHorizon with our family of 4. The view, the house, the pool ánd garden, this is a real holiday experience. Fabulous!! You won't want to leave!!

This property is beautiful.!. The location is amazing.. The beds are comfy and the kitchen is well appointed. The house is only surpassed by the very excellent and kind owner, Denise. She will go out of her way to make sure everything about your stay is perfect. We went with another couple and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. My only recommendation is to double whatever time you think you want to spend here. You will not want to leave!!

Denise made our stay!

We stayed for 13 days in the 2 bedroom apt. The place is beautiful. Great kitchen, spacious living room, 2 lovely bedrooms with balconies looking direct onto sunset every evening. Aircon great throughout. Brilliant pool, and private beach. Its a 10 minute walk to Beau Vallon beach, but really you do need a car. But most praise goes to Denise, who was the perfect host. Made us freshly squeezed lemonade when we arrived, and often dropped off a basket of fresh fruit. She organised car hire for us, and told us all the best places to visit. And at the end, let us have a late checkout as the apartment was free and we were flying in the evening. Would absolutely love to come back and visit again and can thoroughly recommend.

An amazing maisonette, snorkelling from the bottom of garden. We can recommend getting married here!

We stayed here for 2 weeks, which is about 2 years not long enough. There were 5 of us, the three teenager children and us, an extra bed was put in the second bedroom for the youngest of the three, which was fine. The setting could not be more perfect, walk down to the small, rocky beach at the bottom of the garden, where there really is great snorkelling at high tide. Most of our days were spent snorkelling in the morning or evening, and going to one of the bigger beaches for the other half of the day. We walked and got the bus to Beau Vallon, where there is a big beach which is great for swimming. It is more busy there with lots of things to do, the girls loved it. We hired a car for a week or so and visited the beaches in the South, 30-45 minutes drive away, picture postcard stuff. There is a lovely garden in the property itself and we spent some hours sunbathing. The staff at the house could not do enough for us. We got married on the beach. They built an arch from bamboo on the beach and decorated it with flowers. It was beautiful. They were even the witnesses at our wedding. If you are looking for a quiet wedding in paradise, I cannot recommend it highly enough.

Blissful Bel Horizon

I recently stayed at this property with my husband and father-in-law, and it was absolutely perfect for us – the men referred to it as “the sanctuary!” It is remarkably spacious – more than ample room in downstairs with the living room, dining area, guest bathroom, balcony, and full kitchen; with large bedrooms with en suite bathrooms upstairs, and the most wonderful balcony on the master bedroom. The place was spotlessly clean and the furniture very comfortable – it was home away from home, indeed. The property was spectacular, with many outdoor areas to lounge and relax, gardens to walk through, and beach access. We hardly noticed there were other guests staying on the property. The snorkeling at high tide was some of the best I’ve experienced. While it is a little bit of a distance from the town, Denise was incredibly kind and helpful (and always accessible) – she provided us with information for taxi services, arranged airport transportation for us, and was also kind enough to take us into town to show us around and grocery shop our first day and dropped us off in town another. There is always someone on the property who can assist you should you need it, and you can tell Denise takes great pride in her property and ensuring the happiness and comfort of her guests. This was, by far, one of my most favorite vacation rentals I have ever stayed in – with one of the most wonderful hosts. I can’t recommend it enough. Thank you, Denise!

Amazing- go there!

It's a shame I can't give more than 5 stars! This is a gorgeous place to stay, I could spend all day just looking at the view from one of the terraces and watching the exotic birds and flying foxes. Really clean with housekeeping every 3 nights, very comfortable beds and spacious. Also very secure. Denise was an amazing hostess, her brother was great, the staff excellent. Lovely extra touches like essentials in fridge and fruit (we got married on a nearby beach whilst staying here and Denise was very helpful and accommodating, plus had some cold fizz waiting for us on our return- very kind and above and beyond!) The little beach is perfect for a swim in safe seas and if you snorkel out to the small rock there's a rocky reef area with beautiful fish and we even saw a turtle there. It's as good a spot for snorkelling as others we went to on Mahe. Just avoid low tide. The only downsides are ones you get anywhere in the Seychelles- a bit of road noise on weekend nights -loud music in cars! Mozquitos- wear repellent after sunset and in the lovely gardens. A few more tupperware boxes in the kitchen to thwart to ants would be handy although we just put most food in the fridge. But these are such minor points. I can't emphasise enough how gorgeous this place is - you're only sharing the gardens and terrace with a couple of other guests which is soo much better than a hotel. It feels so peaceful and secluded yet there's help on hand if you want it.

Grossartige Wohnung in sehr guter Lage. Der Garten ist wunderschön, der direkte Zugang zum Meer ist ein Traum. Die Gastgeberin ist sehr freundlich und bemüht, den Aufenthalt einmalig zu gestalten. Ein absoluter Traum.

Die Unterkunft Bel Hoizon Self Catering Resisedence ist ein Traum. Wir würden sogar mehr als 5 Sterne vergeben. Die Gastgeberin Denise ist wunderbar. Sie verflegte uns mit frischen Obst aus dem Garten, war immer ansprechbar und gab uns super Tipps. Das Haus war top gepflegt, sehr gut ausgestattet. Der Pool war immer sauber und der eigene kleine Privatstrand ist ein Highlight. Die Angestellten waren immer sehr freundlich. Wir würden definitiv erneut diese Unterkunft auswählen. ****** Sterne

Tolle Unterkunft

Wir wurden herzlich von Denise empfangen. Am Hang gelegenes kleines Apartmenthaus mit direktem Zugang zum Meer und Pool. Wunderbarer Garten, aus dem man bei Ankunft mit Früchten beschenkt wird. Wir hatten ein Auto mit dem sich problemlos alle Wege erledigen ließen. Ansonsten, wie man es von den Inseln kennt, abenteuerliche Fussmärsche ohne Gehweg im Dunkeln nötig. Wir kommen gern wieder. Du suchst eine Unterkunft auf Mahe, bei der du dich von der Buchung bis zur Verabschiedung rundum wohl fühlst, die Kommunikation herzlich und reibungslos abläuft und sich die Anlage wie beschrieben und auf den Fotos abgebildet präsentiert? Dann buche das Bel Horizon! Und du bekommst als Bonus, was du vielleicht gar nicht erwartet hast: Denise verwöhnt dich mit frischen Früchten aus ihrem Garten, nicht nur bei der Anreise; Peter bereitet dir auf Wunsch ein köstliches Abendessen zu; du hörst das Meer rauschen, egal, ob du dich auf deinem Balkon, am Pool oder direkt am privaten Meerzugang aufhältst. Und in der Nähe der Unterkunft findest du alles, was du ansonsten außerdem für einen entspannten und erlebnisreichen Urlaub brauchst: Den tollen Badestrand Beau Vallon, den Sunset Beach zum Schnorcheln, Ausgangspunkte für tolle Wanderungen durch den Dschungel, die Hauptstadt Victoria, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants… Es gibt nur einen Haken: Auch der schönste Urlaub geht einmal zu Ende.

Überragend

Überragend. Die Vermieterin ist so freundlich, hilfsbereit und vermittelt einem in ihrem tollen Garten viel Wissen über einheimische Pflanzen und Früchte. Wir fühlten uns von der ersten Stunde an wie zuhause. Wir wären am Liebsten gar nicht wieder abgereist.
