Luxury 1 B/R 1st floor apartment in the 'Patatran' apartment block located in the fully developed tranquil Southern part of Eden Island comfortably accommodating maximum 2 adults and one juvenile (up to 12 years!). Contrary to what you might expect you will not be exposed to any noise emissions from the marina.
The apartment offers a breathtaking view on the Eden Island deep water Marina right in front of it. The horizon is dominated by Mahé Island with its flush green granite hills dropping steeply into the turquoise Indian ocean.
The 88 m2 apartment is fully air-conditioned throughout and has ceiling fans both in the lounge as well as in the en-suite bedroom and the veranda. The bedroom is fitted with two single beds and a personal wall safe.
The kitchen is fully equipped with Miele appliances (Dishwasher, Washing machine/tumbler and ceramic hob/stove and a very large Fridge/Freezer) and provides for all amenities to make your stay easy and comfortable. A cleaning service is provided once a week . A golf buggy, DSTV Sat TV and free unlimited (slow) WiFi throughout the apartment are at your complimentary disposal.
Four beautiful private beaches are within a minutes' walking distance and a swimming pool is just 50 meters away. The Golf Cart has its designated covered parking bay right in front of the apartment. A Central Parking Garage will house your hired vehicle if you think you need one.. Eden Island hosts a modern upmarket shopping mall with a large supermarket, an arts gallery, boutiques and banks with ATMs among others. The Marina seafront is home to over half a dozen restaurants and cafés for all different tastes and budgets. You will also be able to make unrestricted use of the Club House with fully equipped gym, a flood lit tennis & padel courts, a large infinity swimming pool , a kid's playroom and a the club restaurant “Palmière”

We are living in Nairobi - less than 3 flying hours from the Seychelles. We come to the Seychelles regularly. We appreciate the friendly people, the climate and the year round boating possibilities of the Islands.
Why they chose this property
The view from our huge second floor veranda is really looking for rivals. Virtually all our clients spend most if not all their time on one of the verandas. The orientation of our "Patatran" block enables you to enjoy both sunrise as well as sunset from different veranda sections
Last but no lease being on the first floor not only provides you with much more privacy but also ensures that mosquitos and other "dudus" do not disturb you as it is the case with most ground and many first floor apartments necessitating a weekly fumigation exercise by the Island Management.
