Very tired villa in need of general maintenance! Situated at the end of cul de sac, 2 minutes from "the strip" and 8 minutes walk to a lovely beach. At the entrance of the cul de sac are 2 gentleman's clubs!!! The villa permits large groups and this probably reflects it's overall condition!

Great clean property with nice pool. We didn’t realise how close it was to the strip (30 seconds walk) but that was our mistake. On that note - it was amazingly sound proof! You wouldn’t know you are so close to clubs. Ideal location for a night out and a very short walk away from a more quieter relaxed restaurant / beach scene. Also great location for food with a good mini super market very close. Highly recommend the 5 minute morning walk down to the beach to eat breakfast. For dinner, the Italian very close to the villa is amazing and our group went back twice.Amazing air conditioning in the rooms, we stayed during a heat wave and actually had to turn down the air conditioning a few nights because it was so nice and cold!!Host was very helpful and quick at replying. Thank you!

We came here for a hen party! we had a lovely stay. The villa was nice and It had everything we needed, it’s not far from the strip and shops, has every thing you need near by. We really enjoyed our stay here and had no problems! The host organised our Tranfers from and to the airport which was great help! And when there was a slight issue with the water they came and sorted it straight away. We was able to check in earlier which was fab. Overall great stay!

Brilliant place to stay. Everything we needed we had, loads of space and was very clean, not as fresh as the pictures but still very clean. Jim was very easy to work with and had us spoilt
