Extra Large end unit with two bedrooms, balcony for master bedroom, and ceiling fans in each bedroom.
Master bedroom has has a king-size bed, TV in armoire, and walk-in closet. Master bath has been renovated recently.
Second bedroom has two queen-sized beds with a good-sized closet.
2 bathrooms - one in master suite, and one off the second bedroom, with additional access from hallway to second bathroom.
kitchen area is large and has been completely renovated with new stove, microwave, and refrigerator. There is a large storage unit in kitchen. There are plenty of dishes (approx a setting for 12+) as well cutlery for 12. There are plenty of pots, pans, and fry-pans. There is a breakfast bar with seating for three.
Dining room has seating for six
Living room has queen-size sofa bed, loveseat and small Lazyboy style chair with footstool. A 52" flat-screen TV.
Balcony has patio table with 4 chairs, and a lounge chair.
The small balcony off the second bedroom has a small table with two plastic chairs.
Owner are here every winter, so unit is maintained and updated as needed.
Unit is on the first floor, at top of stairs, as to avoid using elevator.
Unit has private parking spot below unit.
Telephone in unit.

There are two pools in front of unit, one of which is heated year around.
There is a tennis court and 4 Pickleball courts.
Easy access to the beach. Exercise room in E building for guest use.
Gated community with 15-1/2 acres, with lots walking area.

The condo is very comfortable (beds, furniture and air conditioning), in a gated condominium complex, with two pools and direct access to the beach. The beach was not overly crowded like other nearby location are. The condo is located not too far from restaurants and local attractions.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We had a great time while making memories with our family. The condo was very spacious, especially with having 4 teenagers and 2 adults. We enjoyed being on the first floor so we didn’t have to worry about the elevator. The condo had everything we needed to cook. The views weren’t too bad either. The only thing I would maybe say is that the second bedroom needs to have another air vent added to it. The room wouldn’t ever cool off so we had to go buy a box fan. But that’s the only complaint I have, and that was a minor thing. We will definitely rent this place again!!!!

You get what you pay for!

This was the best priced Condo we could find for 4 adults and 4 kids. But like I said you get what you pay for. This condo stays very hot, the last night we were there the temperature was 82 degrees. I called the manager at 4:55pm when we finally made it back and she said they close at 5 and nothing could be done. It would have been nice to know that it's pointless to call management close to or after 5. The beds are so hard it would be more comfortable to sleep on the floor. The bathrooms definitely need a deep cleaning. The sheets had hair in them and I stripped all of them to wash the first night. The only thing that made this condo worth it is the location!

Nice property but....

This property was truly beautiful but unfortunately due to the spotty communication with the owner and the property management as well as unsecured payment options (this was the first property that I wasn't able to make payments thru VRBO. Instead you have to either mail a check [who actually still trusts USPS?!] or fax them your credit card info which could easily be used by anyone) I won't be booking with this property or anyone under their management again.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Overall, we had a great time with this rental. The first floor level worked great for our family with young children. There were plenty of basics in the unit, though it would have been nice to have an additional tide pod to do laundry.The management company was unable to provide a crib to us despite the advertisement for this unit. Upon calling the Dunes office, they apparently haven't had cribs available for several years now. We ended up having to spend more money on buying a Pack N play which was an unexpected expense. The unit was also damaged upon arrival. There was a chunk of edge molding that had come off. My 1 year old baby of course found it and it could have been relatively dangerous for a baby to hold. The management company had called me the day we were coming in that they could repair it but couldn't before our stay. No image was provided of what it looked like so I had no clue what to expect re: the damaged molding.We also had a 5/6 p.m. flight out on our last day and checkout is at 10 a.m. We felt rushed to leave and had nowhere to go for several hours despite wanting our family to have plenty of quality time at the beach. I had requested a late check out but it took the management company 2-3 days on average to return an email which was pretty frustrating.Overall, I feel that communication could be improved and the listing should be updated to not advertise crib availability as that is something we really could have used but instead had to buy.
