This nice and spacious 3 Bedroom, 2 Bath Condo at Regency Towers is over 1,450 square feet. It has a fully-equipped Kitchen, including a Washer and Dryer, and a large Dining-Living Room Area. This unit sleeps 8-10 people. It is furnished with a King Size Bed in the Master Bedroom, 2 Full sized beds in one Guest Bedroom, two Twin sized beds in the second Guest Bedroom and a Queen sleeper sofa. This unit is located on the Western Shoreline side of the building, and it features a private Balcony with a beautiful view of the sunrise and the emerald waters of the Gulf of Mexico.

Comfortable condo

Love staying at Regency. Great location, pool area is well kept, and just steps from the beach. Affordable food & drinks at Bikini Bobs by the pool. Glad to see renovated elevators, much faster & cooler. Only problem we had was bedroom glass door was almost impossible to open. But we didn’t complain. Everything else was fine.Do wish float tubes or chairs were allowed in pool after August when most children have gone back to school for us older folks. We had a great time. Can’t wait till next year. We have had a “girls trip” every year for the past 11 years, and they have all been at Regency!

Family Vacation

We really liked how the condo was. The king room was a dream with the view of the ocean. The other rooms lacked access to a good view but that's okay. Overall, our stay was great! We have no big complaints. Other then it being a little dated inside we would potentially book again.
