This 2 bedroom/2 baths/1500 sq. ft. house + a garage is located in a quiet neighborhood, 7-10 minutes from the nearest beach (Treasure Island) by car. Perfect for your family vacation, Air Conditioning and heating, full kitchen, washing machine and dryer at your disposal, family room with a corner sofa and TV, spacious back yard with a BBQ grill and a cozy veranda in the front yard. This home accommodate 4 persons, but can accommodate up to 6 persons (possibility to add an airbed in a separate room). Free phone for North American calls (Canada, USA & Mexico) and free internet provided in the property.

No events or parties. Children are welcome. No smoking in the property. Sorry, no pets.

The property is located near a park where you can practice jogging, basketball, baseball, tennis and swimming.

Spacious

This is a very spacious home - ideal for a family or group. It was quiet and comfortable, clean and no bugs! All the appliances worked well and the kitchen was well stocked for dishes and silverware. Recent interior paint and renovations - the furnishings were dated and a bit worn, but comfortable. Not much exterior landscaping - but it is within easy access to stores and restaurants - and about 20 minutes to St. Pete's beach.

Centrally located peaceful home

This property is on a quiet street with a very large park directly across the street. Mature trees line the sidewalks around the park, providing great shade for the walking path. Park has baseball fields, volleyball, basketball courts and a pool. The house is clean and spacious and has a fully functional kitchen with plates, utensils, pots, pans etc. Our trip to St Petersburg required us to be at the Northshore aquatic center daily, but we also wanted to spend time on the gulf beaches. The house location was perfect for both.

A Very Nice Stay in St. Petersbutg

This house was as advertised and shown in the photos, and it served our purpose well. It was very clean, spacious, and in a good location. The large front porch was especially enjoyable. Some early issues were effectively dealt with. The owner (Lanko) was responsive, and the local manager (Paula) was wonderful. Most importantly, when we felt we had to leave early because of travel concerns regarding the corona virus, Lanko immediately agreed to refund the charge for the unused days.

Home was very nice on the inside, well kept. Nice park across the street but didn’t have time to use it. Nice screened in porch if you’re into sitting outside in the evening. Had some issue with screen door scraping on the concrete when you opened it but no big deal. Owner responded very quickly to questions once we arrived at the house. Would stay again. Neighborhood was quite and nice.

Overall, the stay was great and the house was nice and clean. The location was convenient for our purposes and the neighborhood seemed safe and family oriented. The ball field across the street was in use the entire weekend, but it was not a problem at all. Thank you!

Very Satisfied with House

This house was clean, airy and nicely furnished. We were supplied with a full kitchen, towels, bed linens, washer, dryer and other items to make living here a pleasure. A backyard for sunning ourselves and a park across the street for daily walks. I would recommend this house. An enjoyable vacation!

We liked it. We had a few concerns or issues. The master bath toilet fills VERY slowly. There were no towels for the bathroom. Surprising as all other linens were stocked. There were no potholders to use in kitchen. Some of the utensils (tongs)were rusty. Information posted about how the trash works would have been helpful. Overall a good place. It was clean and spacious. We will be back again.

Family oriented location

Centrally located property in a great neighborhood, this unit offers all the amenities you could reasonably ask for in a rental. It is directly across from a park with swings, basketball courts, swimming pool etc. It is better than the pics and I would stay again.

Great location

We visited St Petersburg in March and was grateful to find such a nice home on short notice. The accommodations were sufficient. Everything one needs including cable and wifi. Home was very clean and the park across the street was great. The only complaint was the master bedroom bed. The frame and boxspring sat directly on the floor and the mattress was quite soft. While not comfortable to us, it may not bother others. Overall, a very nice home and would rent there again.
