As I look for a place to stay there are specific things I am looking for. The pictures posted & what we found were not the same. I was expecting to find a bathtub & not until I was already there did I found out the place was in the process of being remodeled & no bathtub. I have a daughter with special needs & it’s much easier for her to sit when showering/bathing. We had to come up with other accommodations because things had changed & we weren’t notified until arrival. Place was clean. No frying pan in the kitchen. If you plan to cook a lot like we did be sure to bring your own frying pan. Also the toilet in the hallway when flushed, water would splash out almost every time. We tried to enjoy the tv out on the patio but it wouldn’t work. The place was cute & close to most attractions except for the beach. Most beaches were approximately 20 or more minutes away.

Nice clean little house.

Nice little place with everything needed. Easy access to 275 and close to grocery store and good places to eat. Nice back patio area with a grill for outdoor grilling.

The house was just as described and extremely clean. Location was close to everything we needed. The only hiccup was the fridge did not have a working ice maker nor water dispenser, but the host made sure there were water bottles and ice in freezer. Overall we had a wonderful stay.

Just right

Everything was just right for our stay. Our party had five adults. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen allowed us to prepare four meals. The weather was a little too warm to take advantage of the outdoor space, but the backyard, porch to watch TV outside, and the fire pit seem like lovely outdoor living spaces that guest can enjoy. The neighborhood is convenient to many parts of Saint Petersburg and there’s a nice pond right next-door where you can enjoy watching ibises and ducks.
