You can reach so many places with ease. 5 miles to the beautiful beaches of Anna Marie Island. Numerous parks and nature preserves only minutes away. 2 minute-5 minute drive to multiple restaurants, groceries, & Bealls Department Store.
First bedroom with queen size bed, large closet, bath with shower. Second bedroom with 2 twin beds. Rollaway bed in unit. There is capacity for the rollaway in either bedroom. Second bathroom has tub.
Kitchen has range with oven, refrigerator with water/ice on door, dishwasher, garbage disposal, and microwave. The kitchen is well-equipped with cooking utensils and dinnerware. You will have your washer and dryer in condo.
Open concept Dining Room and Living Room. 40" HD TV. Free Wifi / Cable TV
Comfortable lanai with sliding windows allow enclosed or open-air room with views of tennis courts, large heated community pool, and beautiful landscaping. One guest in your party must be 55 or older. Others o-kay to be under 55 years old.
**Please Note** This unit is only rented for a MINIMUM 30 days, no shorter rental periods will be accepted.

Great Stay in Bradenton.

Lovely, spacious condo in a great central location. An easy drive to the best beaches on Anna Maria Island, and Sarasota attractions. Many good restaurants in the area. The kitchen in the condo had everything we needed to enjoy meals “in” too. The proximity to the clubhouse (which had a library) and the outstanding pool was great. We really enjoyed our stay.

Wonderful location, bright, roomy , just perfect!

Walk right across to the lovely pool and tennis/pickleball courts. Close to all shopping but Meadow Croft is a very quiet neighborhood. Short drive to the beach. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this roomy, spacious condo!

Very nice and quiet setting with lots of green space. Older but well kept. The condo was well stocked with everything you need. It was in a great central location that was within 2 to 5 miles to many parks and scenic places to see.

It was very well maintained and comfortable. Easy access to local amenities. Within walking distance to shops, although you would need the car to get any volume of grocery shopping back to property (just like back home). Excellent vacation rental

This was a fabulous vacation rental, very near the pool, clubhouse, and tennis. Quiet neighborhood, yet close to beaches, restaurants, and shopping. Clean, comfortable, tastefully decorated, all the necessary products for convenience. Very reasonably priced. The owners are kind and considerate. We really enjoyed our stay and highly recommend it.

I grew up going to Bradenton. My grandparents moved from Indiana to Bradenton before I was born. I have fond memories of going to Holmes Beach and stopping at the Shake Pit (still on Manatee Ave.) on the way back to their home. When I was in college my Mother purchased a condo in Bradenton. 7 years ago my sister moved to Bradenton from Minnesota and now I am so happy to have a home here too. We are the 3rd generation!
