Val D' Isere-Beautiful! - Ski In/Out! Condo.

Located in Val d' Isere, across the street from and overlooking the Village in Mammoth. Our Condo is adjacent to the Ski and Bike Back Trail!

Park your car right outside the front door and done for easy loading and unloading!~. Walk to the Village Gondola for early morning skiing. Enjoy the Finest Restaurants in Mammoth, Nightlife, and Shopping, all without having to drive. Parking is directly at our Front door....you Can literally park and not drive your entire Vacation.

Our Hot tub, Pool, Sauna is currently closed until it is rebuilt. No date yet.

We finally got our new living room furniture and we love the new leather! We have newly installed a 50" Curved Smart LG TV with access to Amazon Prime Videos, Showtime and Netflix to our guest over Suddenlink 200mbps internet.

Since our purchase, We completely remodeled our home and just finished the installation of new beautiful wood floors. New leather furniture June 2022.
Our home features Double Master bedrooms, with Super comfortable Beds, Feather Pillows and New 1000/1200 thread count sheets and luxurious 100% Egyptian towels.
The sheets and towels are all new and we get new sets often as our cleaners lose them.

The upstairs bedroom has a super comfortable King bed and features Tommy Bahama style furnishings and walk in closet. The second bedroom features a Queen Bed. Nice Towels and 1000 tread count sheets. .

Always freshly painted with Bamboo Wood or Hickory wood bath floors and Marble Showers. The Fireplace is Gas propane with Thermostat and Fans for convenient and efficient heating . . . The fireplace has a solid marble mantle and raised granite hearth with a 50' Samsung Curved Smart TV with access to Amazon Prime Videos and Nextflix for our guests over Suddenlink 300 mbps internet. . There is a Denon DVD/CD player and a small selection of music and DVD movies. We have a couple puzzles and cards for playing.

The kitchen features New Cabinets, Custom Granite Counter tops, All new appliances-GE flat surface Cook-top with Convection Oven, Microwave, Dishwasher and new Refrigerator. We provide Dishes, Silverware, Glasses and Cookware, paper towels and toilet paper. New this month is Calphalon cookware.
Original artworks accents our home. We have a new boot dryer right next to our ski lift chair!

Our home is an upper condo, with one unit below, so pretty quiet.
We have the fastest wi-fi available and computer table with chair.

We do offer repeat discounts to our valued friends who have stayed before.

We welcome you to stay with us!

Please respect our No Pets/Smoking. Please respect our home. This is not a party rental. Maximum number of guests are Four.
If additional guests spend the night a fee of $200per guest Per night will be added to your credit card.
Any pets will be charge $300 per night per pet for any violation of our no pet policy. Thank You

Our stay was great. The home was clean and ready for us to begin our mountain holiday. The location is perfect and we enjoyed sledding nearby as well as a quick walk to the Gondola in the village to start our ski day. We will stay here again on our next mammoth trip.

The condo had everything we needed and was very convenient to the chair lift in town that takes you up to the mountain resort. It was a short walk from the condo to the lift. We were also very close to stores. We had everything we needed to cook. Our two west coast daughters joined us for part of our stay. The condo has two bedrooms, each with a bathroom. Our host was very responsive to our questions

Loved our stay in mammoth. Condo was completely set up and made our stay so easy. Fully stocked kitchen and restrooms. Right in town easy walk to town and gondola for easy access to the mountain. Husband and the son used the ski back trail and got back faster to the condo than my daughter and I did taking the gondola back. Would 100% stay here again.

I typically use the Gondola since our ski locker is in the Village but our friends that stay with us always beat us home. We had a fantastic stay at this ski condo! The location was perfect close to the slopes and all the amenities we needed. Really enjoyed our short stay in mid-April for some spring skiing and boarding. Larry’s and Jean’s condo in Val D’Isere is as advertised … very nicely remodeled unit overall!! We always love staying in that community with its great access to the gondola and restaurants! Will definitely stay there again!!

Great Condo right near The Village

Fantastic Location

Perfect location for a great Mammoth getaway! The owner was wonderful to communicate with and very responsive. Condo is as pictured and a great place to stay being so close to the Village and only a gondola ride from Canyon Lodge.

We have many guests that have become friends and come every year and we tend to fill the dates we are not there ourselves fairly quick. We block half the time for ourselves and can often adjust dates if you ask. We actually prefer to leave a lot of days open so it is less wear and tear on our home. Larry and Jeanne

Our go to place in Mammoth

We love this place. Stay here as often as we can. Owners are great and always willing to work with us. You wont find a better location or cleaner place to stay. I recommend this condo over others.

We always stay at The Village Lodge across the street. This location was fabulous. We just had to cross the street to get to the gondola and restaurants. The beds were comfortable. Larry and Jean leave very descriptive information re: their unit. They are also very responsive with questions. We would stay here again!

I have been travelling to Mammoth since high school! Both my wife and I love to ski and we are avid outdoors people. We travel to ski in the winter and the beach in the summer.
We hope you enjoy our home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

We think it is the best location in Mammoth. Closest to the Village without all the noise.
We looked at buying several locations. We chose this condo because we love this location. Away from the Village noise, being able to walk everywhere.
We also like the smaller complex (only 47 units ) and it is well managed, quiet and clean!

What makes this property unique

A unique location central to everything. We park right at our front door and never have to drive. The ski/bike back trail takes us almost to our door. The village is across the street where the Gondola is located. The market, restaurants, night life, transportation is all right there.
The Pool, Hot Tub, Sauna were all recently redone. We are on the quieter end of the complex close to the Village Bridge and Ski/Bike Back Trail.
