This sunny coastal condo offers a great getaway, but please note that daytime construction will occur on the property from mid-August through the fall season. To compensate for any daytime noise and workers on site during weekday hours, we have already applied a special, heavily discounted rate to your booking.

All the comforts of home with a welcoming, fully equipped kitchen, new ceramic tile floor and an updated shower in the bathroom. There is a king bed and futon in the bedroom for additional sleeping. This convenient first floor unit offers effortless access for retirees with limited mobility or families with young children and all their beach gear. The cozy back porch opens up to a tropical landscaped courtyard. This corner unit has a more private setting and is still only a few steps from the pool, cabana, gas grills and laundry facilities. There are 2 TV's and Wireless Internet for the family, and we are located on the safer NON-driving part of the beach. The beach itself is clean, flat, wide and car free! You can stroll for miles in either direction - north towards downtown or south towards the Canaveral National Seashore. Our beach is ideal for all kinds of beach related activities - and the lack of any beach traffic means it's quieter and safer for families with kids. Surfers will love our location - recognized as one of the best surf hotspots on the East Coast. This is a great place to learn to surf so set aside some time to hit the waves! Spend your days walking on the beach, collecting shells, or lounging by the pool. As evening approaches, dine on the balcony while watching the ocean waves. Unit Supplies: There will be a starter supply of toilet paper and hand soap when you arrive but you may need to purchase paper and cleaning products (paper towels, laundry detergent, toilet paper, etc.) as needed. There is an app operated washer and dryer on every floor.
