Start the day watching the sunrise from your large balcony overlooking the inviting pool and Atlantic Ocean. Spend a restful night on the Beautyrest king sized bed in this 2nd floor easy to access beach getaway. Extra sleeping in living room on two full length sofas one of which is a queen sleeper.
You can dine out directly across the street at the restaurants or pick up some groceries right there also from the shopping plaza. Prepare some snacks or a full course meal in the fully equipped kitchen.
The beach itself is great for walking or bike riding as cars have been 'banned from the sand' year-round it in his section to preserve its natural appeal. More shops, fun pubs and restaurants can be found beachside two miles north on historic Flagler Avenue.
Our complex has gone through a major restoration project completed a few years ago. This undertaking took 2 years from the start.
Inside the unit there are new kitchen appliances, cabinets, counter tops and has been freshly painted. Also, with new large screen TV's. Enjoy the view from the balcony on the new top of the line bar height furnishings.

It's all about location. You can walk to several restaurants, Only a short drive 2 miles
north to get to the main area of the beachside town with taverns, restaurants and unique shops. Of course, being on the non-driving part of the beach is a huge plus for maximum enjoyment in and out of the surf and sand.

Great view from the balcony of all activity on the beach and the pool area. Second floor location for easy in and out without having to ride up in an elevator if you choose not to.
