We really enjoyed this house. Very homey and comfortable. Amazing views of the the ocean and great access to the beach. A pretty a steep climb back up, but with our faithful four legged friends it was much easier. This is a great pet friendly home. Thank you Kate. Sarah P

We loved this place! The only thing that would have made our stay better would have been the knowledge that access to the beach from the house is pretty steep. We had toddlers and a person with limited mobility with us and it was difficult for them to get back up that hill!

You can't beat the view at this relaxing beach house. Perfect location to unwind and explore the coast. The house is comfortable enough and there are plenty of games and books available if you'd prefer to turn off the technology. You can see the milky way up in the sky at night and fall asleep to the sound of the surf crashing gently against the shore. If you're lucky one of the neighborhood doe will come greet you, and say goodbye. The path down to the beach is a bit steep, but easily doable if you don't have any mobility restrictions. The stairway up to the top floor bedroom does require one to be cognizant of head space, as a supporting beam for the roof does narrow the passageway on the landing, midway up. The kitchen is well enough equipped to do some cooking, and there are multiple options for dining out, some within walking distance of the house. There's a state park at the end of the street and plenty of beaches to wander on without needing a vehicle. We all enjoyed our stay here and I would book again.

I wasn't initially sure if the set-up of the house was going to work for us, but happy to say it was great! Beds were comfortable, size of kitchen was great. Views from all around the house were awesome.

Bedrooms down stairs have no dressers, no closets, absolutely no place to put cloths. Steps in this house are incredibly steep and into every room. Layout of this house is ridiculous. Paint is chipped on stair railings and sticky. Upstairs suite, screens and window frames are moldy and filthy. Upstairs plumbing leak dripping onto the living room carpet. Keurig broken. Super steep beach access. Would not rent again.

We had such a lovely girls getaway. The house was perfect for us, giving us plenty of space and direct access to the beach, along with the stunning views. Everything was clean and it had great walkablility to restaurants and shops. Would definitely recommend!

Perfect beach escape

We loved this home. Perfect spot on the beach, with gorgeous views! The ocean air flowed thru the home and was so relaxing and inviting. We enjoyed playing a few games and perusing the dvds, too. We would absolutely stay here again!
