Potter House - 3 Bed / 2 Bath Gulf Front Home in St Joe Beach

This Gulf front home is perfect for your next family vacation with plenty of room to spread out. Features include a large open living area, kitchen and dining room with plenty of seating that opens up to a large furnished sundeck. The main level features the kitchen, living/dining area and a bedroom with 2 sets of bunkbeds which also opens up to the furnished deck. Living room area just went thru a major re-decorating make-over!

The upper level has two additional bedrooms 1 of those a Gulf front master with a queen and the other bedroom has 1 queen bed. Access to the beach is via private boardwalk. The ground level includes the foyer, laundry and covered parking. Nestled in the dunes on the ground level there is a nice deck area with a pic-nic table. This home is located in the St. Joe Beach/Beacon Hill area just east of Mexico Beach.

This is a pet friendly home, and a non-refundable pet fee of $168 per pet will be added to the reservation upon Homeowner approval.

Spring Break at the Potter House

Everything about this trip was easy. The house was perfect and super clean. We loved being right on the beach. Def would stay there again!

Love the Potter House!

Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We have been going to the Potter House for the past several years. It is our favorite rental at St. Joe Beach! It is very pretty, nicely furnished, and comfortable. It is conveniently located between Mexico Beach and Port St. Joe for easy access to restaurants and groceries. The staff at Gulf Coast Vacation Rentals are very pleasant and accommodating if you need anything. We highly recommend this property.

Trash and no way to contact anyone.

Upon arriving we found trash all over the parking area and to make it worse the trash cans blocked the drive. It was raining so that did not make it better. Tried to contact property management with no avail and no answering service. Then we cleaned as much up before I started seeing leftover food and then just gave up until morning. Still no response from all phone numbers given, even the one that informed me on the access code for the door at around 4:30 that afternoon. The next day still was unable to get into contact with anyone until after 10 am and was informed that there would be someone there at 11:30 am. So as you can tell it started bad and my first day was not too pleasant. Very concerned that I could not get in contact with anyone. If there had been a issue like the door code not work or worse, where would I have been.
