The house is nice and large with plenty of modern fitted bathrooms. The kitchen is large with a great induction plate. The beds are lovely. The fridge could have been a little bigger for a house for 16 people. Certainly the freezer compartment is very small. Outside also a nice terrace and garden. A disadvantage are the church bells next to the house, which make a terrible noise of a few minutes at six o'clock in the morning, waking everyone up. The municipality of Krimml should do something about this. Tip: make lighting at the bbq outside.

Great house. Communication could be more concise .

All in all the house was good. Some lighting in the main room could be improved. The check in communication was confusing. We received two emails prior to check in with different phone numbers and could not get a hold of the person for the key lockbox. The central location of the house is a plus, but be aware as other reviewers wrote, that you will be woken up at 6 AM every day with the sound of the church bells right next-door. Between 10 PM and 6 AM there are no bells. The East facing upstairs could also benefit from blackout curtains to reduce the morning sun which rises at 5 AM in the summer. If you do not mind the sound of bells and the brightness, this house is great. We enjoyed the view from the dining table, the sauna in the basement. And the big rear facing terrace. There was plenty of space for the 13 of us.
