Holiday Home Zell am Ziller Ski Lift

Built in 2017, the Eberharter holiday home is centrally located on the outskirts of Zell am Ziller, not far from the famous Mayrhofen. You’ll stay in two semi-detached houses with five bedrooms, three bathrooms, and a total of approx. 182 m² of space—all to yourself. The house is modern and comfortably furnished. The first semi-detached house has a large kitchen-living room with enough space for everyone and a bedroom with bathroom en suite on the ground floor. On the upper floor, there are two more bedrooms, a large bathroom with bathtub, and a small reading room with an open gallery. The second semi-detached house has a separate entrance area on the ground floor. This leads to two further bedrooms and a bathroom. On the large sun terrace, you can relax and unwind. There is also a ski room with ski boot heating.

The Zillertal Arena and Mayrhofen's extensive skiing area are just around the corner. The complimentary ski bus stops nearby. You'll also find summer to be an ideal season to visit and explore the Zillertal. Overall, the holiday home Eberharter is the perfect accommodation for families and large groups travelling together.

Very bad experience

Dear Vrbo Customer Support, I am writing this to express my extreme frustration and disappointment with the experience I recently encountered while using your platform. I made a booking for what was advertised as a 'whole house' property, intending to accommodate my family of five. However, upon arrival, we were greeted with a property consisting of two separate apartments with no connecting access. Due to this unacceptable condition of the property, we had no choice but to seek alternative accommodation at the very last minute, incurring significant additional costs as a result. This turn of events was entirely unexpected and caused a great deal of inconvenience and stress during what was supposed to be a relaxing holiday. I was referred by your service, to your subcontractor Bellvila, they contacted the property owner regarding the refund, and he refuses to take any responsibility. It is simply unacceptable that Vrbo and its partners allow these deceptive listings. I am attaching the property description from your website, where no mention of this critical separation is made, further proving the misleading nature of the listing. I demand an immediate and full refund for the original booking. Waiting for your response,

Das Haus ist sehr geräumig und gut aufgeteilt. Das viele Holz innen macht es sehr gemütlich. Es fehlt ein wenig, der Wohnraum mit einer gemütlichen Couch oder so. Die Grundausstattung passt, könnte vielleicht noch besser auf viele Personen ausgerichtet sein. Wir waren mit 10 Personen dort. Die Lage ist ok, sehr nah an der viel befahrenen Bundesstrasse und deshalb ist auch nachts ziemlich laut. Aber eben auch sehr nah an den Skipisten und zum Einkaufen sogar fussläufig. Leider fehlt die Waschmaschine, welche in der Annonce steht, aber dann nicht mehr in der Ausstattung, wenn man gebucht hat. Aber man hatte uns vor Ort angeboten falls notwendig, für uns zu waschen.

Leider liegt das Objekt direkt neben einer Schnellstraße, somit ist Fenster öffnen oder draußen sitzen nicht möglich. Die Ausstattung ist sehr einfach und es fehlt an einigen Dingen. Leider ist heizen nicht möglich, da dies über den Vermieter gesteuert wird. Die Betten sind sehr unbequem und im ganzen Objekt gibt es nur einen Tv. Eine bequeme Sitzmöglichkeit sucht man vergebens. Der Ort und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fußläufig zu erreichen. In der Umgebung gibt es viele schöne Berge und Attraktionen.

Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub. Die Lautstärke der Bundesstraße war für die Schlafzimmer welche zur Straße gerichtet waren etwas unangenehm. Sonst gab es nix zu beanstanden! Top Reiseziel und sehr schöne Unterkunft!

Schönes Haus in der Nähe des Dorfes. Zell am Ziller ist fussläufig erreichbar. Gut ausgestattet, alles vorhanden was man braucht. Durch die Lage, direkt an der stark befahrenen Zillertal Bundesstrasse ist der Lärmpegel allerdings sehr hoch. Dies betrifft die Zimmer im vorderen Teil des Hauses, zur Strasse hin. Hier können die Fenster wegen dem Lärm zum schlafen nicht geöffnet oder gekippt werden.

Sehr schöner Winterurlaub

Wir waren mit der ganzen Familie mit 11 Personen dort, was auch problemlos funktioniert, da 6 Schlafzimmer und 4 Bäder zur Verfügung stehen. Unsere 3 PKW konnten wir direkt am Haus parken. Die nächste Einkaufsmöglichkeit, der große Hofer (Aldi) ist nur ca. 300 m entfernt. Dort gibt es auch ab 7:15 Uhr frische Brötchen. Das Haus ist sehr modern und komplett ausgestattet. Das einzige was wir in der Küche vermisst haben war ein Toaster. Ein Staubsauger und vielleicht ein Grill wären auch nicht schlecht gewesen. Ansonsten können wir das Haus absolut empfehlen.

Tolles Haus um Zeit mit Familie und Freunden zu verbringen

Als wir angekommen sind wahren wir über die strikte Trennung der beiden Häuser erst einmal etwas verdutzt. Wir sind davon ausgegangen das es innen eine Verbindungstür geben würde was allerdings auch nicht in der Textbeschreibung gestanden hat. Nach dem wir uns alles genau angeschaut hatten haben wir uns schnell an die Aufteilung gewöhnt und fanden sie gut. Da wir mit einer befreundeten Familie dort waren wurde das Haus wo die reinen Schlafberreiche waren als Schlafunterkunft genutzt und das Haupthaus zum Treffpunkt für den Tag. Die Kinder wurden abends ins Bett gebracht und man nahm das Babyphone mit ins Haupthaus so das Sie ungestört Schlafen konnten und die Erwachsenen einen schönen Abend in der gemütlichen Sitzecke verbringen konnten. Die beiden Häuser haben eine gemeinsame Terrasse mit einem schönen Blick auf die umliegenden Berge mit einer Bank und einem Tisch. Das Grundstück ist nicht umzäunt und hat leider keinen Sandkasten oder Schaukel allerdings hat Zell einen tollen Spielplatz der auch zu Fuß gut zu erreichen ist er befindet sich auf dem Freizeitgelände direkt neben dem Freibad und der Minigolfanlage. Uns hat es sehr gut gefallen und darum gibt es eine klare Empfehlung.

Zell am Ziller ist sehr schön, hier wird sehr viel für Kinder geboten. Man kann Wandern, Baden und vor allem gut essen gehen. Die Menschen sind alle sehr freundlich und es gibt in den Bergen wunderschöne Panoramablicke zu sehen. Es ist zur jeder Jahreszeit eine Reise wert.
