Wonderful space. Great proximity to the slopes. We’ve been skiing four times this season and this was by far our favorite spot. Made all the stress of skiing simple and enjoyable!
We absolutely loved our stay!! The house was clean and had plenty of space for everyone to relax. The slopes are right outside and super convenient (may have to walk uphill on the way back in, depending on the time of day). The only stairs inside the house are spiral staircases, which was fine for our family, but might be a challenge with certain ages.
The property was very clean and the location was great. The ski-in/ski-out location was perfect for our group. We had expert to beginner skiers and everyone could get to and from the house on the slope. The lift does close at 5pm and the walk back with equipment can be a little rough after a long day of skiing but we made sure to have a car at the resort. We were snowed in the first night and decided to walk down to the lodge which was very easy. We are already looking forward to coming back next year!
Amazing location and surprisingly great floor plan
If you’ve ever seen the truth stretched by a “slopeside” property, this is the cure. You literally step out the door and are 4 actual feet from the snow of the slope. Also, the separate bedrooms on the top and basement floors made a great space between adults and kids, especially once the latter had their bedtime. We plan on trying to rent this one again.
This VRBO is perfect for younger folks. We are older and the spiral staircase was challenging for both couples. The condo was nice!! Lighting was again challenging in the living room area with the steps leading down into the living room area. The view of the slope was nice. There was not any snow and it rained but the Beech Mt area has lots to offer. This condo for ski in and ski out is great for families and younger ones.
Beds were very comfortable and a nice shower. Make sure you take your own soaps and dishwashing liquid.
Parking is difficult if you drive a truck. Only one parking spot per unit.
All in all it is a nice condo!!
This property is in the perfect location for skiing if there is snow. Beech Mountain was supposed to have their new "magic carpet" up and running by Nov 22 but there was a delay, so the hike up and down the hill to the ski lift was pretty rough. Not the property owner's fault, but just a warning... you may want to drive! The townhome is very cozy and we enjoyed our stay. We did have an issue with a tv (notified the owner) and the place could use a good deep cleaning, there was trash under beds and couches. There also isn't a good place to take all of your ski gear off and hang it up for drying. Other than these things, this is a nice place to stay!
Needs a thorough cleaning. Spiders and webs in the corners of some rooms, tons of dust bunnies and small trash underneath all beds and furniture. Living area is DARK at night- not adequate lighting to see to play games or read. But, awesome location that could only have been made better if the bunny slope had been fully constructed and operating, but Beech Mountain did not have it completed. Thus the ‘hike in/walk out’ designation. Our group of 14 (8 kids ages 4-17 & 7 adults) were split between two townhouses, number seven and number eight, side-by-side. This was a perfect set up! The three levels allowed for plenty of space, and an adequate common area for large group meals and hanging out. We enjoyed seeing the slopes from the porch and the plethora of local eating options nearby. We had many first time and second time skiers who, based on ages, took advantage of the traxx program, group lesson, and private lessons. All were great! The crowds on the slopes were insane on Saturday, but we didn’t know Presidents’ Day weekend was the busiest of the year. Sunday was a little better and Monday was great!
We had a great time! Blessed with great weather. This is a true ski in/ski out. This condo is located on the snowboarding trick slope: going down is simple, but the tow rope to get back up was aggressive. We were all skiing the blue slopes by the end, but our 7 and 9 year olds couldn’t use the tow rope. They popped out and walked back, not that far. It was so convenient coming and going as we pleased. Condo heating system works fast. Beds were comfy. Lots of balconies and 2 fire places. We will be back!
Amazing kind host. Went above and beyond. Respond quickly, very pleasant, gracious and helpful.
With the holiday craziness, our family arrived a day early. We stayed at a hotel bur when he found our, he had the cleaner clean the house early so we could check in early. Great host, quiet place. Warning, there is no bedroom on the main floor if you are traveling with a toddler or elderly. Otherwise amazing condo.

Family Ski Vacation
The cabin was perfect for our family ski weekend. Very accomodating with everything we needed. We will plan a return trip next year.
The condo is exactly as listed. The master bed was very comfortable especially for my husband who has had back surgery in the past. When you come in on the “ground” floor there’s a spiral staircase up and a spiral staircase down. upstairs is a queen, downstairs is the master and another bedroom with 2 additional beds that would sleep 4. There is a Keurig coffee pot and lots of pans for cooking. washer and dryer ran great to dry all of our ski clothes between morning and night skiing. If you like to sleep in absolute darkness bring a sleep mask for the master bedroom as it is next to the ski lift and the lights are on all night. My husband needs absolute darkness, where if it’s pitch black I tend to trip over things. Lol so I was fine. As for the ski in and out it is definitely ski out. But if the terrain park with the tow rope is non-operational( as it was three out of our four days) it’s a little bit of a hike up hill to get back home. If you have small children you will be carrying their gear,. We just looked at it as a way to burn off pancakes, eggs, bacon and junk food every day. In all it was a great condo
Since losing both of my parents in the past year we needed somewhere to go for Christmas. The condo was large enough to accommodate the 5 in my party. Comfortable beds.
Great location slopeside on The Park. Limited parking and spiral staircases are not the easiest to get up and down to the bedrooms (especially with large suitcases and infants) but overall it was a great property that worked well for our three families.
Perfect location on beech mountain. Had all we needed. Great for family with older kids. The fireplaces made it nice on the cold nights. Great views from balcony. (Note - Would not recommend this home for smaller kids due to the spiral staircases and step down and areas)
This house was amazing! We came into town for a concert and it was within walking distance to the venue. You literally just walked down the ski slope to get to the brewery and venue. The house was very spacious and it was great with 3 1/2 bathrooms. Very clean and would definitely stay there again.
