2025 Masters Week Rental in Augusta, GA, only 7 miles from the Augusta National.

Available for rental for the Masters Golf Tournament 2025 with a minimum 4 night stay.

The house has 6 bedrooms with a large master downstairs. The other bedrooms are all located upstairs. Bedroom 2 has a queen bed and en suite bathroom with tub/shower combo. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed and ensuite bathroom with walk-in shower. Bedroom 4 and bedroom 5 share a bathroom with tub/shower. Both bedroom 4 and 5 have queen sleeper sofas in them to accommodate more guests. The master bedroom has a king bed with a fireplace and direct access to the pool and spa. The master bath has a huge walk-in shower and jetted tub. There is also an optional 6th bedroom/large playroom with an extra-long twin bed and could be used to sleep a further 2-4 adults with rented beds. The 6th bedroom/playroom would share a bathroom with one of the upstairs bedrooms.

The kitchen is furnished with all Thermador appliances including a warming drawer and a 48" 6-burner, double oven with a griddle. A large island with prep sink makes preparing and displaying your food a breeze. The downstairs area of the house is designed with entertaining in mind. It is extremely open and allows for multiple seating arrangements all while guests can stay within sight of each other. There are lots of gathering places and available seating. There is a custom-built dining table that fits 6 comfortably. The kitchen table can fit 6 as well. An additional 4 guests can sit at the raised bar in the kitchen.

The house sits on over one acre with a large saltwater pool/spa with tons of seating. There are lots of different places to spend time outside including an upper patio, pool loungers, and a fire pit. The pool is cleaned every Monday and it operated using a control panel in the master bedroom. Enjoy your nights in the lighted hot tub and pool. The neighborhood is very quiet, with the security gate closing at 7PM each night. You will be given a code to enter into the keypad at night. There is room for everyone's car in the driveway.

Target, Wal-Mart, Kroger, And Publix are all within 3 minutes driving. There are numerous restaurants also located next to these larger stores. I can provide you a list of the better ones upon request. Everything you could ever need is just moments away. The drive to the National is about 15 minutes depending on traffic, and very simple to navigate. We are extremely flexible in the start and stop dates for renting this property to attend the Masters Golf Tournament. We will gladly rent for only four days if that fits your budget or time better.
