Beautiful, recently restored village house in the old part of Nerja just a 7 minute walk away from the Balcon de Europa and the local beaches, as well as all the local attractions.
Located in a pedestrian street the house is laid out as follows:
On the ground floor there is a spacious, modern fully equipped kitchen (fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine, induction hob, oven plus all necessary kitchen equipment) open to an equally spacious living- dining room equipped with an extendable dining table, with capacity for up to 6 people , plus a comfortable sofa .
There is also a pretty interior patio on this floor that lets in an abundance of light as well as a bathroom with shower.
On the first floor we find a smaller lounge which is equipped with a large smart TV offering a large selection of channels , in addition , there are two double bedrooms , both equipped with two beds that are joined , resulting in a large bed of 1.60 x 2.00m plus a cloakroom .
Via an external staircase on the second floor you have access to a beautiful roof terrace with mountain views that is equipped with a table for six people, plus two sun loungers. There is a small pergola and a large sun umbrella that allows for sun or shade throughout the day. We also find an outdoor kitchen that is equipped with a gas BBQ, small fridge and a sink and a shower where you can cool off.
The house has Wi-Fi and air conditioning in all rooms.

Another excellent stay
This accommodation meets our needs in every way. The location is excellent in a quiet street but very close to all that’s going on in Nerja. The accommodation itself is spacious clean and offers everything you would need during your stay.
Some improvement to the cushions and parasol on the roof terrace.
Loved the property. Well equipped and in a fantastic place.
Just one gripe - collecting keys while dragging our suitcases to the location and then back to property was a pain! We arrived by bus and didn't have a car.
