Our villa "Woodstock" is situated in the upscale area of "Montgo", on the foot of "Montgo" mountain, in Javea. The 180 m2 villa stands in the mid of 1300 m2 of gardens; a spacious pool-area on one side, green lawns and lush gardens on the other side, which includes also a BBQ area.
Everything is on one level, a spacious living area, open kitchen with bar, 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, fridge-freezer, large oven and microwave. There is also a washing machine to use by guests.
The spacious, modern living area contains a diningroom with 6p-dining table, a kitchenbar, an L-shaped sitting area with TV, dvd, and a music player. The living also has a lounge corner to relax, read, or stare into the nice gardens and pond, beautifully illuminated at night. The covered ouitside naya is connected by glassdoors, and offers two more sofa s to sit, relax or lounge.
The villa has a private pool (8 x 5 mtr) with a large terrace/dining area with direct acces to the kitchen. Apart from the dining-terrace, the pool-area has sunbeds and parasols. Furthermore the villa is surrounded by spacious gardens with a big lawn, a Lotusflower pond and beautiful palm, fruit and olive trees. Another terrace overlooking the Lotus pond, contains two more sunbeds.
On the other side of the villa is one more, lovely 6-persons BBQ/dining area , with great views on the Montgo mountain and into the valley.
