Javea: Superb villa completely renovated

Hello Rolf. Sorry for this. You entered the villa on Saterday 6 September and the swimming pool has been cleaned on Thursday 4 September. You sent me a message to clean up the swimming pool on Saterday 13 September and it has been done on Monday 15 September even if the pool is cleaned twice a week. You came from 6 September 2025. In this period the weather is not as good as in July and August. There is a lot of wind so that many tree leaves fall in the swimming pool. It is impossible to keep a clean swimming pool every day during 2 weeks. Hector always come twice a week in order to clean the pool. I hope you spent good times in the villa. Regards. Cédric

Dear Michelle. We just spent 1 week in the villa the last week of October. Indeed, due to the weather the outside cushions have to be changed. We changed them now. I do not understand why you used the third bedroom as you were 4 people. You had to tell me beforehand you wanted to use it. Indeed, we changed the door as it was not working correctly. Regarding the toilet, I do not understand, we used it during one week and no problem. For the garden, I note the point. You (or other clients) have to tell me that the garden is not clean when arriving in the villa. I do not have any opportunity to see if it is done. I pay someone to do that (permanent maintenance) and I understand now the work has not been done (it was clean when I arrived at the end of October...). Sorry for that. The same for the swimming pool. I pay someone to clean the swimming pool (2 days per week from June to September and 1 day per week in other periods). I understand that I maybe have to change swimming pool and garden maintenance provider... Regarding the mould, there is a problem in the two bathrooms (ceiling). I have just bought dehumidifier and I will renew it in February. Sorry for the inconvenience. I propose to rent the villa to you next summer with a reduction in order to show you that the problems are solved and you will enjoy a perfect stay. Regards. Cédric

Dear. It is amazing to be so bad faith. You never send me any remark or question or complaint during your stay. Your negative comment arrived after I sent you my complaint about the way you let the villa when you left it. It is a shame that I can not post pictures of what you left in the villa after your stay. Rubbish in every room, kitchen full of dirty things and plates let outside the kitchen, damage on the groung impossible to remove...and the worst, you entered the private part of the villa (while not allowed)! Maybe you did not find an occupation because of bad weather! It is the first time since 5 years that the cleaning guy asks me to retain the warranty. It is now easy to post a negative message. I recognize that it is not easy to maintain the outside cushions clean and dry when you have such a bad weather. Every time a client sends me a message to tell me the swimming-pool is not clean or there is a problem with something, I send someone to clean / to solve the problem. It is now easy to send complaints afterwards when you never send me any request or message during your stay. I cannot imagine there is a problem if I don't have any information coming from you! Anyway, it does not allow you to let my villa in such a state when you leave...I repeat you are lucky that I cannot share the pictures of what you let when leaving the villa...it is a shame. I hope other owners will not have to suffer this in the future. It is indeed the worst and dirtiest villa I saw...after your stay
